What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share a call with my Sales Engineer or Customer Support reps to prep them for a next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything yet. I have used this at both companies I have worked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Helps me be a better rep, you learn best by listening to yourself
2. Being able to listen to a first call in order to prep for a second call
3. Being able to review questions the prospect/customer may have had on the call so I could follow up appropriately with better follow up emails after meetings

Gong is Good
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use. I like to review my calls using Gong. Also creating a local number when calling on prospects seems to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I need it to do, it does it well without any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recording my calls and listening to them after for improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy for our sales team to capture the most important interactions with customers. Person to person calls often move deals more than any email chain would but can be tough to document. Gong does all the work for us
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality can at times be grainy when saved but even this has improved in the past month or so

Capture conversations with customers as well as analyzing what makes a successful call

Being able to capture the convseration piece at a time and review it.

Nothing yet. I have had little time to utilize everything.

Fine tuning my sales skills and handling new questions that pose a challenge to what we do. Sharing the calls with others to critique is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Compliance issues in EU, recording calls poses an issue in some countries and states. Gong has been trying to solve this issue but I don't feel the solution is quite there yet.

How consistent demos are and tracking what's being said.
Gong has been great! Really helpful for reviewing calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been really helpful for analyzing and reviewing calls. It's nice for seeing how much time I'm talking versus letting the customer talk, and also for seeing what words and phrases I say the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when i'm listening to the call, and then i want to see where i use specific words, it starts the recording over.

Helps me understand my good habits and bad habits better.

I have been using Gong for about a month now, and I've got to say, it's really nice. It outlines everything that was said during the meeting, and even analyzes what was said for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's a lot to dislike about it. I'm excited for future updates!

Learning what was said, at what times. Doing so has helped me vastly with learning what to say in the future!
