Gong for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
We are retrieving better discovery information after calls and being able to focus on the call at hand, rather than jotting down notes. I also like that you can search any call in history to review easily just by typing in the search engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality at times is difficult but easily accessible. Sometimes it takes some time to find the exact phone call. I also am not a fan of the recording of voicemail's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that gong provides insight to your calls and finding strength and weakness throughout the conversation has been huge. I do also like the extremely fast feedback/review that gong provides. It's almost instant after you get off a call that the call has been reviewed and analyzed.

Gong is great for a second ear
What do you like best about the product?
It breaks down when the customer and when the vendor is talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it is visible as another participant in the call. Sometimes we get questions as to "who is that?".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how important it is to listen versus talk.
Great for sales people
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search through your transcribed calls to pull out key talking points. I can also see how many times I say words like Um or you know so I can better perfect my sales talk track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is sometimes way off which can make it hard to read. Also sometimes it is unclear whether gong picks up on my calendar invites to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to review calls in order to make better-informed decisions on future client calls. Helping to train myself on how my calls are going and how I can improve

Great for sending call recaps to clients. Helpful training tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can review calls from different departments. It's important to give some insight into how conversations are happening for Business development compared to customer success. If reps who are good want a better a bigger understanding of things. This is a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see my personal data in how many calls I have listened. How long, and which departments. Also, a better way to record calls without GoToMeeting so the SDR team calls could be recorded and handed off to the AE with the proper information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cross training it has, the ability to review my own calls to see if there is anything I missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ability to have the SDR calls recorded, so when it is handed off to the AE they are fully up to date with the notes and the actual call to make sure everything is aligned.
Gong has helped me refine my communication skills to become a better all-around salesman
What do you like best about the product?
How Gong shows me any filler words along with the time spent talking vs. listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not show me the word "umm" or other filler words that I hear myself using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to communicate effectively to prospects in order to best fill their needs. I love how it shows the time I spoke vs. the prospect- this helps me see how conversational I'm being opposed to being a feature seller
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Will help being about a more conversational dialog that brings down the "salesman/prospect" barrier that prevents most from getting quality services to those who are seeking them.

What do you like best about the product?
Listening to calls to see what we can improve and gives everyone in the company an idea how deals/renewals are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. I think the product is great learning tool for our employees and highly recommend to other companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps Reps improve discovery calls/demo calls. Gives insight from other people in the company on how our calls go with clients/prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of recording tied to WebEx. Ease of use and the actual capabilities of the application. How it breaks up the calls, gives you keywords and fillers and allows management to input feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of something bad here as it helps in my development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peer to peer review. Management review. Re listen to sales conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen to my colleague's calls while they are occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the calls record or if a call is rescheduled it will not record properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out best practices and being able to develop peoples careers.
Great for coaching and playbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great asset for our team training new members, exchanging tips across team members, and playing back our own calls to help us as we build proposals and think strategically about the info shared
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Gong is disruptive when joining but this has gotten less common (dropping on/off many times)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More effective program recommendations based on being able to hone in on key details from conversations, share them with my manager first hand (rather than trying to explain them second hand) being able to listen to peers
Gong Is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Gong is that it allows us to see in real time how our people are improving call performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike the application. I am looking forward to having more teams on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us to coach and develop our sales teams to close more demos. We use it as one of our most powerful coaching tools.
