Great resource for improving sales calls.
What do you like best about the product?
The think I like best about Gong is that it's a great opportunity to better prepare for follow up calls. When you're engaged in a conversation it's sometimes hard to notate everything, gong gives you the ability to listen back to the call. The quality is great and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with Gong. Sometimes the calls take about 30 minutes to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back and identifying useful information from sales calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are working with a solution that works well with Gong Such as GoToMeeting and Salesforce to make sure that you can accurately identify clients.

Great Tool For Your Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Gong makes sales training and coaching. I also love being able to search my sales calls for specific terms. It makes prepping for follow-up calls incredibly quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have recently started to alert customers of new features through the chat function at the beginning of meetings. It starts to light up as though your prospect is contacting you. Super annoying, especially since it happens every single call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching and recording sales calls. I love paying attention to my talk to listen ratios. It highlights areas for improvements.

Love the product, highly recommend.

Sales Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing calls with prospects is helpful. We work in a market that is difficult to get all of the stakeholders on the phone at one time. Gong allows us to record the meeting and share it with the prospect, who can then circulate internally and it saves me from doing another 1 hour demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
When setting up a meeting on the fly sometimes gong does not join the call. The workflow for adding/inviting gong is clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is great for reviewing our own process and also going back to call for details that we may have missed. The biggest benefit so far has been sharing the call after with the prospects. Often times not everyone can attend so sharing the recording adds a lot of value.

What do you like best about the product?
They keep making improvements. I am able to quickly familiarize myself with the last sales call before I join in on a call with one of our AEs.

I would love the transcripts to be a bit better so I can quickly find information I need when I'm not able to listen to a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and sharing sales and CS calls. Helping our leaders review and coach individuals.
Insightful tool that makes good use of my time
What do you like best about the product?
The AI that can very accurately categorize my conversation into different topics (sales pitch, business process, introductions, etc...) is fantastic. My demos are over an hour and when I need to go back to find a particular point takes minutes and not the whole hour trying to find it
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it’s not true real time when listening to other conversations. About a minute lag. Not a big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is better used and much has been saved. It gives insight to how long we spent talking on intros, technicals, business process, pricing, etc... shows what I need to cut and enhance.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Gong is an excellent tool to help any salesman better his techniques. We are able to review our calls and the call is generally broken down for you this way you can diagnose specific topics or parts of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Gong, it works in the background and it does not slow down my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the chance to record and review my calls gives me the ability to reflect on the skeleton of my calls/pitches and better my techniques and how I position different parts of the conversation and our platform.

As a new Account Executive at a software organization, Gong allows me to speed up my learning time as I can watch/Listen to multiple calls that are happening throughout the sales cycle.

I feel the UX design could be a bit more easy on the eyes.
