Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to seek through videos based on transcribed test
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I think the product is well built and satisfies my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We record videos a lot but aren't able to comb through all the videos properly because we forgot what we said in each video. The transcribed text is amazingly useful.

Gong has really helped with onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has really helped us onboard and train new Account Executives. It allows them to review demos that have been recorded and helps teach best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing a connection to Skype, so we are unable to record all our calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with understanding best practices in our sales cycle. We also gain a lot during our ramping up process, so we can review and give feedback to our AEs.
Good call recording but not very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for a specific term in all the calls e.g. what are my reps saying about pricing. Are they using the right verbiage or does my PMM need to enable them with more trainings?
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is not real-time and takes time to appear. So reps don't use it for any notes taking. The calls are recorded and used by the PMM team but not enough for sales training by the sales team themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure our platform is being positioned in the right way with our prospects. We've started going deep into the analytics and also each call to provide feedback to the sales team on what they're doing well and what they can improve upon.

I like the fact how Gong analysis the call outcome by having keywords on the left margin of the page.

As far as I am concerned there is nothing that I dislike at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the talk time, knowing how much, when, and what you're talking about is great for reviewing; being able to share with colleagues, and listen to their demos too, you get to learn from everyone around you; if you missed details during the call, you can rewind and listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is A++, easy to use and navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure talk time is effective, talk tracks are concise, and correct questions being asked
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be active within the platform; if you are not using it, you are missing out on great information that can help take your selling skills to the next level; with sales over platforms like GoToMeeting, it is difficult to tell what the customer is thinking and how they're responding; Gong allows you to learn and practice techniques to get the prospect to open up
Gong is not great at transcriptions
What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong's ability to let me go back and listen to calls to catch important information that I did not pick up the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription feature constantly gets it wrong.

Haven't solved any business problems yet.
Great tool for efficiency and training!
What do you like best about the product?
Records and transcribes all your meetings. Helps you improve as a salesperson allowing you to hear other reps calls. Recordings emailed directly in your inbox

None I can think of right now. I enjoy using it.

Training and ramping up a new hire. You can access the tool and self train anytime
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many helpful and cool features. I can see how often I'm speaking vs the customer, which filler words I am using, which talking points I hit and see a full transcript of my demo. It is SO helpful for improving your demo style.
What do you dislike about the product?
love everything but the transcript could be more accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking my demos, having a conversation reference to go back to in case you forget or lose your notes, also allows me to assess and improve my demo style

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, passive use that allows me and management insight into how I'm performing and where to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
some calendar quirks but otherwise perfect, no changes.

Improved call performance and insight -- tracking of repeat issues/problems in customer conversations (broken out into keyword!).
