Awesome told to training and feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to go back and review calls is such an important way to improve and get feedback. Beyond that, going back and reviewing call so that I am sure I did not miss anything a customer might have mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. Would like to see more analytics and features on how to quantify a call or bad call, and ways to improve. Better Note taking features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been instrumental in helping to improve training and our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team interacts with customers, you should give this a try.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls and get feedback from my team. Also how clearly I can see the important parts of my call.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we have two people on the call it counts the total of the words together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of what I say on calls and how to be more effective with my words, timing, pitch, and tone.

Still trying to find ways to share small clips with people to use for training.

Gong Review
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool to review calls for something that I might've missed. I also enjoy being able to share with the attendees as a reminder for action items, how-to's, etc. Sharing calls for training purposes is also helpful for every team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the key word searches don't render properly. If another attendee joins late, it doesn't capture their percentage of time talking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that we're able to see terms that are commonly used across our customer base to focus our training on those areas first. Additionally, it allows team members to see which talk tracks work for others. It also benefits me to ensure that the percentage of time that I am talking is less than or equal to the person that I'm meeting with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allows you backtrack on sales and strategy calls, use to your advantage.
Underpriced — Fantastic value for serious sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
I purchased Gong for call-coaching. The ability to automatically record my team's calls, listen to them at increased speed, and leave feedback directly in the call is fantastic. Our Product team also loves Gong because of its ability to send them calls based on specific features, competitors, etc that are mentioned during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about Gong at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent call coaching, automatic product feedback. The ability to share calls throughout the organization based on their content is HUGE for multiple departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it before the price goes up. They are underselling themselves.

What I like is how the recorded content is so searchable.

That when I dismiss Gong from meeting the language still shows up for customers to see.

Just improving discussions with customers and not having to take notes.
Tremendous coaching and collaboration benefits with little ramp up
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has supercharged our internal coaching ability. Also, our inter-department collaboration has received a major boost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to keep up with new features at the rate they are released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective, contextual coaching for our sales team was the top problem we hoped to solved. We've realized that benefit and many more.
Basic Gong Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that all scheduled calls/demonstrations for the day are all in the queue on the dashboard. Makes visibility easier and you're able to see whether or not they've happened yet, or are currently happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to how simple the layout is, there isn't much that I dislike. Everything is visually right where it should be and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily able to demonstrate product effectively, call quality exceeds previous program used so that's a bonus. Also, other used are able to be notified of the calls as they happen which creates more open communication between colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely I recommend others to use Gong! It's easy to keep track of the calls that have happened or have yet to happen which is ideal since the ones that have happened can be used as a reference point.

You can listen to individual speakers, making replay/review quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far in my experience of using it.

Primarily customer research sessions.

Love the ability to toggle playback speed and insightful UX.

The call search function triess to be intuitive by offering options that are often unrelated.

Being in sales, the analysis of my calls for improvement has been a big part of my strategy for success. Gong makes it easy to find specific areas that I'm focused on improving.
