Gong is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
No better way to dissect your reps sales calls in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I feel it's a must-have sales coaching tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my reps selling skills to increase their ACV and accelerate their sales cycles.

Buy it, you won't regret it.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE TOOLS
What do you like best about the product?
I love this tool so much. If you are not using Gong to record, analyze and self-educate all your calls than you are missing out and leaving money on the table. I love the ability to go into Gong listen to my own calls to correct myself so that the next time I get on a phone call I don't make the same mistakes. I also love listening to more senior sales reps, so that I can pick up tips, tricks, phrases and anything else I can learn to make my sales game better.
Also, want to point out that I have had a really great experience with their support team. In the very beginning, I had some difficulty getting it working (user error), but they got on the phone and walked me through the entire process of getting it all worked out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could record my phone calls without having to set up a meeting and conference line. I don't know if the software exists or even if it would be possible. I just want more Gong everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of not know why you lost a deal, or what you could do to get better. Gong lets you continuously improve your game.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this software is a must-have specifically in Software Sales, but I think it is a must-have in all sales. This is the best way to grow yourself and your teams ability to bring the best experience the to all your prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Gong for the ability to reference all video calls across our organization. I also love that you can easily skip from speaker to speaker based off the recording framework that is segmented in the audio below.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the video recording can sometimes* be fuzzy when you are trying to view in fullscreen.

Quickly reference historical sales/customer calls..
Gong a great tool for both internal & external use
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to ensure we capture all customer details during web discussions. We frequently return to the Gong to dig deeper into ways to drive client value, and clients often love receiving the recordings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a specific call is not as easy as I expect using the "search" box. Sometimes sharing a link with customers is problematic - need make sure not limited.

We do a better job identifying keys to unlocking customer value. Helped us advance many opportunities.

Strongly recommend as a sales enablement tool.

Use Gong mostly for training and feedback. Sometimes for clarity on deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows us to record all of our demo's for potential clients. It gives us a great learning tool so we can share best practices within the team and point to specific parts of calls so they can be reviewed. It also allows us to learn from the analytics it provides for talk time, where certain phrases or words are used within a call and determine the effectiveness of our calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle with not being able to rename the calls to make searching for lead names easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us to make our client demo's more effective so that we can close more sales and bring on more new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Unprecedented insight into my teams calls. Gong allows me to identify the training needs of my team and also keep a record of sales calls which I can review later and postmortem why we lost a sale.

The volume of calls can be overwhelming.

A Great Tool for Account Management!
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features is the breakdown of who is speaking and when. It gives me the ability to track down a specific part of a conversation efficiently. Because I have access to calls across my entire organization, I also use this feature extensively when reviewing calls that are relevant to my clients, but that I was not necessarily on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resolution on video call recordings could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track and organize calls, go back and review important items for summaries, next steps, and access relevant calls that I may have missed or took place before I took on a client.
Great tool for reviewing calls
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for recording calls. I am always looking for ways to improve, and the ability to listen to my calls gives me insight into ways for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. There's a feature that shares segmented topics for each call which I don't really utilize, often times because it's not always accurate.

Listen to conversations to efficiently prepare for follow up meetings.

For sales professionals, it's a great tool to utilize for reviewing calls and preparing for follow-up meetings.

We beta tested Gong and it's just improved each month since we started using it. Love the ability to search my calls, hear how my colleagues are doing things, share calls with clients...
What do you dislike about the product?
Silly thing - like it seems to takes longer than I'd like to auth Google Apps to log me in.

Training, consistency in calls and demos, ability to be coached better and more effectively

Definitely use it or at least pilot it. Integrate it with Salesforce so you have history of calls massively helpful if you have turn over in your org. it will help improve revenue and your sales cycle
