What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see the talk time of each participant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really don't have anything that I dislike. Maybe that it takes a little bit for the completed video to be published on Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are addressing how to have a productive call with our clients. Listening back to how we are interacting with our customers only allows us to get better at our job. It is also beneficial for us to be able to send our customers the recordings of our calls/trainings.

Great tool to analyze sales calls!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can control the pace of the recording. It's helpful for when you are searching through the conversation for specific terms or points for a follow-up. I also really like how quickly the tool analyzes the calls and get processed to the Gong Library for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't had this happen to me personally, but I have heard instances where a recording was set to take place and the system failed and nothing was recorded, which is obviously a bad thing. Other than that nothing really, should implement interactive content into their web strategy, but that's a conversation for another day ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong to analyze our sales calls, our sales leaders can critique our sales reps and coach new reps. As SDR's, if we miss a call, we can always go back and take notes to assist in the sales process

Amazing tool that I wouldn't want to be without!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong is incredibly easy to use and allows me to focus on the content of my meetings instead of worrying about making sure I'm capturing important details in notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have Gong setup to auto join my client calls, so the only thing I would say here is that there is a bit of a lag in recording meetings that pop up. It takes time to setup the call get the recording started, so for meetings that are impromptu, often times the first part of those calls are not recorded. Not a huge deal though and can be worked around by manually setting up the call to record, only problem there is that the recorder will still join which then sounds like multiple people have joined the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many benefits in using Gong that have led to huge time savings! More details below:

> Great training opportunities to listen to other team member's calls. I have been able to learn about other clients and other team members presentations that I otherwise would not have had access to. This also allows for my manager to listen to my calls and have great coaching opportunities.
> Easy to reference client calls to revisit details of the call and next steps. This has made it easier for me to make sure I'm delivering on agreed upon next steps.
> The organization and search-ability is great, making it super easy to find calls with a certain topic covered, calls by a certain person, or calls with a specific client.
> The ability to share recordings with other internal teams and clients to reference work that we've done is awesome! I have been able to share recordings quickly with clients that they can refer to as needed vs. me having to write up details and take screenshots to recreate things covered on calls = huge time savings.
> The ability to speed up the call when listening back has allowed me to maximize my time by listening to lengthy calls in much less time... again = HUGE time savings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need this! So many benefits and super easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has automatic recording in go to meeting, its extremely helpful for customer facing group. Transcription feature is very valuable as well but I havent used it that much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video quality is not very good, many times video is unusable due to poor quality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I resonantly used it for archival purposes. We use GTM a lot and many times I needed to go back to the call, search terms and review the meeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unique set of features. very useful tool to any customer facing organizations

What do you like best about the product?
Making notes with time stamps on calls is very useful for coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls do not record for me which can be an issue when I want to review particular calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing sales and conversation skills. Being able to go back and listen to questions again and come up with better answers and also having peers listen to the calls and leave notes is beneficial to growth of skills.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it records simply based on who is in the invite is pretty awesome. I also like that you can dial in remotely and review calls in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would get notifications from calls that were not even from my org. I also got a lot of mis labled calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for call coaching and a better understanding of the business we are working with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a Gong expert in your org to be the liason between the Gong team and your own. This will greatly impact the ability to learn and grow the relationship and troubleshoot any issues.

Amazing Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen to a call after the fact, speed it up, and only focus on the segments where my client is speaking. Being able to share the demo recording with clients is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Gong segments the call based on the conversation but that can vary pretty widely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to record discovery calls, demos and follow-ups. I'm in a new business AE SaaS role. This tool has been instrumental in focusing the conversation on my clients' pains, rather than taking notes. It's also amazing as a sales training tool. You can folder calls by type and new hires can easily find and listen to them.

Use it. It's awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the fact i can sample my team's calls with clients without having to seat in real time. I like the transcript and the option to search for text within calls. I like the benchmarks for insights on the calls. overall this tool is essential for sales, success teams alike
What do you dislike about the product?
i cant see the shared screen on the app (if there is a presentation being presented)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tons of benefits. coaching the team. saving time. eliminating filler words.
