What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the constant improvement. Gong is very responsive to user feedback. The call breakdowns have come a long way, and now they're probably my favorite part of the tool as it helps me jump to specific points of the conversation. This tool is massively helpful for call reviews & coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of, because they keep improving. At first I thought the call breakdown was rudimentary, now it's much more detailed. Then, I wanted to be able to rename calls. Now they can be renamed. Again, Gong is very, very responsive to user feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives our team the ability to improve with each call by reviewing the stats page, best practices, and their own calls.

What do you like best about the product?
With Gong, I can be totally in the conversation and not worry about taking notes. Going back and listening to the call makes it easy to not only extract the key information but, also things I may have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not anything I dislike about the software. I’m sure Gong will be adding more features in the future but it works perfectly how it is today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record meetings, playback and word search, feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, definitely worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, I don't dislike anything about Gong.

Gong helps objectively inform learning and continuous improvement, which are very helpful for long-term success!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and getting to listen to my calls again when I need to reference anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of as of Yet, I was able to use gong without training and haven’t had any questions or issues with it thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to focus on my calls & not worry about notetaking. I can easily refer back to any call at anytime
Recommendations to others considering the product:
tremendous value for Sales Reps, helps with not only referring back to calls, adds value for training opportunities, and immediately you start to build a library of knowledge for new hires to tap into on day one

What do you like best about the product?
Listening to the game film and seeing talk times!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is wrong with gong! The only feature we’d love to see is updating SFDC Events!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps are getting better and we are enabled to train aspiring SDR’s by having them listen to meetings they schedule.

Value added to focus more on the call and less on the note taking

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes running sales calls easy again. Now that everything is accurately recorded and analyzed, I can spend more time engaging with the potential customers and knowing full well that I can get back to their questions after the call is complete. No longer do I have to write notes while speaking and that has created a much nicer flow to the overall conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, there's not much to dislike here. It gives me everything I need, and if the customer doesn't want to be recorded it makes it easy to remove that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added benefit of having an ear on the conversation helps dramatically increase my conversational flow. The analysis feature allows me to gauge my calls and assess if I have been talking too much or too little, and the ability to jump right into the conversation where specific pieces like pricing, timing, etc have been discussed makes things very efficient. It's also extremely useful to be able to speed up the conversation. Our company has been sharing these calls with the sales teams and we've all picked up a ton of useful info by doing so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it and give it a try. You may be hesitant at first to have your calls recorded, but it is so useful to go back re-listen to these conversations months later when the customer wants to re-engage

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to pause and annotate certain parts of the call and tag individuals so they can see my notes. We LOVE being able to tag people in order to promote additional visibility and then capture our top performers in their element of doing good and also use them as examples for onboarding/training new reps on what they need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing currently. They have made a TON of strides in order to connect to CRM and other VoIP providers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking to speed up the coaching process and have more effective 1:1's with reps. We came to Gong because of the ease of use and loved that we could prep calls beforehand and not have to awkwardly fast forward through calls or even FIND the calls to begin with. It greatly enhanced meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to capture all the great things that typically go unnoticed on a call, this is for you. If you are looking for something to capture calls, analyze top performers and coach more effectively, this is also for you. Gong is definitely a disrupter and we love the level of detail we get from analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can quickly jump to specific parts in the call, listen to calls at a faster speed, and search by keywords and trackers on a mass scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We love Gong and would highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to more effectively coach our reps by spending less time listening and more time analyzing.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of transcription is high. The ability to break down a call in minutes is huge. We zero-in on areas of coaching with what was actually said, which beats opinion every time.

The automatic transcriptions are super-useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like an easier option to share videos wide beyond those that have licenses.
Sharing meetings could be made much more seamless-- it's actually over-engineered. Cut and paste links to calls would suffice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency. We find that socializing sales calls dramatically improves the level of discourse.

Coaching. Actual calls > salesperson recall, every time.

Crushing it. Reps need this tool to get better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're using as much as possible. Insights are for those who dig in... The other cool thing is that there are many hidden benefits to having a universal system in place-- including going back to recall what CUSTOMERS said.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily go back into previous calls and find the specific area of the call. Adjusting the speed of the call is key!!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far verything is good, no complaints :)

Helps our sales team with onboarding new employees. Allow me to go back into previous calls and find the details I might not have remembered otherwise.
