Gong + Pinterest
What do you like best about the product?
I like how gong will color code what you were talking about. It helps make things really easy to find so that I can know where my strengths are. It helps me also know if I am wasting time talking too much about one part of our product. It helps me be able to easily find key points to listen to. It also is very helpful if I forget something about our phone call. I can go back and easily find what I need to listen to to best help our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the emails that I get each morning telling me about my calls. I know that they are there, they are already on my calendar. I also think that the color code is sometimes a bit off of what we are actually talking about. It will sometimes mark small talk when I am actually talking about business related things to our partners. I have also noticed that gong doesn't record all of our calls, that may be a problem on our end but something that I have noticed none the less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding trends of what phrases are effective and what things are not. I have personally benefited by listening to my co-workers calls to learn from them. It is great to be able to listen to the phone calls of people who are doing really well at their job and choose which one of their calls based on the color code that tells me which one to listen to based on what I need to work on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the easiest phone reviewing system that I have worked with. It is easy to search and find calls that are most related to what I need to learn. Its easy to train and to improve performance.

the system is very user friendly and I honestly can't think of anything

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely ease to use and find relevant content. Listening to calls at 1.5x allows for a quicker experience to listen to calls. Auto tagging makes finding relevant info very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have recommended content based on what I have watched/listen to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal development & product knowledge. Able to listen to calls on my own time & during prospecting hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much they have achieved in such a short period of time, being the first movers in a new market can be challenging and the Gong team has done an amazing job.
The thing I like best about Gong is that when Gong is activated, all conversations between a representative and a prospect are recorded and automatically transcribed into text that is searchable, I can then create alerts for keywords I'm interested in and get notifications when these words come up on a call.

The only thing I honestly do not like about this product is the logo :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone that needs to better measure the effectiveness of sales representatives and SDRs, or want to considerably lower the risk of lead qualification processes should consider Gong.
My follow ups are much better because of Gong

Love that I can just turn on the prospect and speed it up to 1.5x to get through a call quicker
What do you dislike about the product?
No direct transcription of what's said into meeting notes within Salesforce. Writing all my notes in a meeting in Salesforce is the bane of my existence

More articulate feedback and follow up with my customer, "this is what I heard from you."
It's also great to have a good history recorded so that if you inherit an account you can actually listen to past convos.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a tremendous asset to our Sales Training within my organization. Being able to retrace talk tracks and being able to efficiently locate different points of a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little cluttered. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to go into to try and find a call but the search functionality is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides a training tool that helps me collaborate with team members that are located in different

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong pulls details from the call and works well with Salesforce. You can see what topics are discussed through the call and see how much talk time each call member has. I find it helpful too see if I am talking too much or If I am asking the right questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that some calls only show one side of the conversation. I know that this is a legal thing but maybe the calls should not even be logged if you can only hear one side of the conversation as they are useless at that point.

Helped me alot during training and if I am looking to improve my calls without having to interrupt anyone else's day.

I like how Gong breaks down the call into who is speaking and the topics being discussed - this makes it really easy to jump to relevant parts of the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it doesn't record the other side of the call, but I think this is due to restrictions in certain states, not Gong itself!

This helps us coach other team members on where to improve on their calls, it also serves as a great learning tool for us to learn from other departments as well.

Make sure Manager's are recommending it to staff, and regularly use it as a tool to provide feedback

I like the ability to see at what time the second caller is speaking
What do you dislike about the product?
I often search in the wrong box when trying to switch between calls to listen to, I'll accidentally search within the call versus the database. This is more related to my stupidity but a review of the UI to investigate this could be of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helped immensely during my training. I've also been able to reflect on calls, pick up on mistakes and correct them for future calls. The main benefit is that it's made me a stronger salesperson and better at my job

I like how all the calls are captured - and it shows what topics are covered at certain points in the call. Makes it easy to quickly review a specific point.

sometimes the the other caller is blocked/not recorded.
