Behind the scenes protection against a wide range of threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the services drop rending the filtering useless and allowing traffic through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less malware, but potentially a false sense of security due to inconsistencies with the tool

What do you like best about the product?
The system is stable and secure. I very like the console management and the support. The agent installed in the pcs is very useful and a self solved utility with the logs collection.
We are using this product since a few years.
Best features: Content Filter for Laptop, HTTPS inspection, Single Sign on via AD. Is the best solution also for save money in a long term way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially we had a little bit difficult with the deployment of the agent and the next release. But after some hours with the support we solved the issue and now we are ready and autonomy in case of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering, Exception policies for user specific access, reporting, URL reclassification are some of the best. These provide vast features and options to make a particular requirement work.

What do you like best about the product?
Actually i like Forcepoint cloud Gw ,because you can't think maitenance ,management. Sandbox feature is most effective ,you can report whatever you want 30 seconds. ,also you can create custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, i research some mail who send us mail maybe in quarantina ,But ı can't see the from address basically.I see like prvs=96813efcc0 bla bla...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually we didn't meet any problems about device and software. But firstly when we migrate our tools to Forcepoint Cloud GW ,our vendor support us.

What do you like best about the product?
Most security needs in one place, allowing a company to focus efforts on other security aspects.
Ability to customize and protect against 0-day attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to work on customization and non-uniform ports not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web filtering was an issue, in addition to data loss prevention and email security.
This solution has allowed us to solve this pain point and focus on our other security related needs.

Blocking of suspicious emails from outside

What do you like best about the product?
Blocks suspicious domains without you feeling it, the url analysis feature is really cool. The spam filter feature is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem I've had so far was during the upgrade. It is really difficult to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All mails sent to our company from outside to inside and from inside to outside pass through Forcepoint and are filtered. We work on 2 virtual appliances. We make extra protection by integrating with the sandbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Im using it as our main mail filter. All our inbound mail is routing via Forcepoint mail security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed is not the best but its email not instant chat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using this service we are making sure our mail system is being secured from spam viruses, malware, and dangerous URLs that are being sent .

Email Security - Thumbs Up. Web Security - Not So Much

What do you like best about the product?
The Email Security product was good. We had few, if any issues with it. We had bundled Email Security with Web Security, which was a total flop. If you buy Email Security as a stand alone product, you should be fine with its performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no particular issues with the Email Security product. What killed our interest in Forcepoint as a company was support, plain and simple. As stated, we were satisfied with the Email Security product. And, other than being a resource hog, the Web Security product was decent, when it worked. When it didn't, getting their support team to acknowledge a problem and work to resolution was worse than pulling teeth. We had a three-year contract and in the last 12-18 months we had a critical issue that Forcepoint showed zero interest in resolving, the issue being that Forcepoint would randomly refuse to recognize an authorized user, thus blocking access when it shouldn't have. They were better when they were WebSense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forcepoint Email Security performed well when it came to detecting and preventing email threats. Their success rate in identifying threats was on par with most other vendors. When we opted to leave Forcepoint due to their support issues, we transitioned to Proofpoint which has out performed Forcepoint's Email Security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Forcepoint Email Security, I would urge you to reconsider. Proofpoint or Mimecast offer MUCH better products. Proofpoint's support has been outstanding.
