    Minimum User Count: The minimum user count is of 100 users. User counts for all modules and their core product must match, with the exception of Forcepoint Remote Browser Isolation. Any subscription with a user quantity less than 100 will be cancelled. Custom packaging will be offered.

    Forcepoint ONE Add-ons for Cloud Security Edition:

    CrowdStrike Malware Protection CrowdStrike ML-based malware scanning provides cutting edge detection capabilities for threat detection. This malware engine ties directly into the Forcepoint ONE cloud platform and doesn't require additional management of CrowdStrike software.

    CASB API App Scanning Add-on licensing to increase the number of apps supported for API-based scanning and control in Forcepoint ONE CASB Cloud App Security or Forcepoint ONE Cloud Security Edition by 3 additional SaaS apps.

    Dedicated API Node A cloud node specifically dedicated to Forcepoint CASB API scans and historical scans that removes the need for separate CASB API Scanning licenses. For customers looking to heavily utilize data at rest scanning and API-based controls for cloud apps, this license can support approximately 1 million items/day or 100GB/day.

    Cloud Security Posture management Forcepoint ONE Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) is an optional component of the Forcepoint ONE all-in-one cloud platform that lets security and compliance personnel detect, report on, and remediate risky configurations in AWS, Azure Cloud, and Google Cloud tenants.

    SaaS Security Posture Management Forcepoint ONE SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) is an optional component of the Forcepoint ONE all-in-one cloud platform that lets security and compliance personnel detect, report on, and remediate risky configurations in popular SaaS including Salesforce and ServiceNow.

    IaaS Scanning Extend Forcepoint ONE DLP visibility and control to AWS and GCP buckets with IaaS scanning. Licensed per GB scanned (Azure blob support coming soon).

    Forcepoint DLP SSE Applications enables customers to apply an FSM DLP policy to their Forcepoint ONE channels.

    Forcepoint Remote Browser Isolation RBI applies a Zero Trust approach of treating all web pages as compromised and rendering them in a remote, disposable environment, enabling people to use the web without being attacked and applies Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) to downloaded documents. CDR sanitizes files as users download them to remove foreign elements, such as malware embedded in an image file using steganography.

    Selective RBI license covers 10% of licensed users accessing the RBI Service concurrently. For example, if subscription is for 1000 users, 100 users may connect to RBI service concurrently.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Policy creating for cloud is easy and can be done in few steps, assigning of policy to users is easy if AD is connected properly.
    Can be assigned based on public IP address.
    Mostly all the application are available on it.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Need to wait for 20 mins or more sometimes for the policy to be reflected on the user systems, time should be less when connected to near cloud server. Sometimes agents misbhave causing users to get entirely blocked or entirely allowed.
    Additional and extra server is required for syncing the AD users
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Creating policies assigning them based on user or ip.
    Allowing or blocking access based on requirements.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway: Whenever any threats come to the sensitive data, a lot of software comes to mind however a lot of parameters need to be taken care of when it comes to the selection of the right product. I have been using Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway for a long time and noticed a lot of functionality with dynamic capabilities that include remote browser isolation, to keep your organization's data safe from a continually evolving threat landscape. It eliminates the need for multiple point products with the feature of a single SaaS product which is Deployed with full-featured. It offers Uniform protection for users from anywhere.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes, it is difficult for new users to approach the setting in an effective manner.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I love the feature of zero-day threats with real-time threat intelligence that manage and monitor all the endpoints and safeguard my all data from threat attacks. It offers remote browser isolation that enhances in-line data protection.
    Forcepoint is dedicated to behavior-based cybersecurity with a 360-degree view of the data analysis and assess any vulnerabilities on a real-time basis. It reduces the risk to the data along with great customer support.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    It is grateful to share my experience here too so that is it very easy for others to get recommendations on the basis of the experience that I receive.

    What do you like best about the product?
    How easy is to use once its deployed in your enviroment. Troubleshooting is suprisley simple versus our previous solution. Also the response time when we open a case are very good for incident where we can't fix it ourselfs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Deployment phase was very difficult and complex. No a strong presence in China, something we believe has to be improved in the short term.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The main problem we are solving is having independent proxy solution around the globe, with Forcepoint we are standardizing into one solution.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    I would recommend to spend a good amount of time during the POC, specially for policies creation before rolling it out to production. Also, it is known that Forcepoint Proxy Connect has issues with mobile carrier Telcel in Mexico (users may require to add a service to their line in order to work).
