An accelerant for SaaS integration strategies

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a customer of Merge at two different startups, and both experiences have been game-changing. Their platform has played a key role in accelerating our integration strategies and expanding the breadth and depth of what capabilities we can offer. Merge has been easy to implement, and has allowed us to be more nimble, bringing new features to market in a fraction of the time if we would have to build them from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Occasionally, we get an obscure integration request that they don't support yet, but their team is fantastic and proactive. They constantly listen to customers to expand and improve their connectors based on feedback and demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge allows our engineering, data, and product teams to move faster and work smarter, adding and improving our integrations way faster than if we had to build them from scratch. Bringing new features to market faster has also given marketing/sales a boost, and reacting to customer requests faster gives NPS a boost. It's a win-win for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the API tester, where i can see what results we should get for different call for different linked accounts. This makes our life very easy when debugging.
The API was simple, modern and reliable. We could get started in no time and had our first integration within the day.
We have many processes that run daily with them and they have proven to be reliable. In any case, customer support is very fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we have passthrough API calls to solve the issue, it takes some time to fetch data that has not been integrated in their unified model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge already connected to a lot of APIs that they provide to us with an unified login and API, making our work simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean and modern API, great dashboard and good DX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test accounts are limited in functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product needs to integrate with 7-8 ERPs. Instead of having to write 7-8 different integrations, each one with their own idiosyncrasies and quirks, we can use a single and unified API to rule them all.

Great way to accelerate your integration plans

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and customer success team has been great. We always get a response to our questions right away and they have been really helpful.

The product lets us integrate with CRMs and HRIS fairly easily
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a one off but when we tried to integrate with a customer on their CRM, it took over a week for Merge to Synch with their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to build out separate integrations for all the different CRMs and HRIS systems. Instead we can just integrate with Merge once.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration capabilities and the customer service is superb. Very approachable and helpful when it comes to our concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Merge seems to have problem synchronizing large amount of data. Especially when it comes to million amount. It takes weeks to be fully synchronized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations and connections. Merge gives us an easy access to connect with our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and flexibility of Merge’s unified API setup make integrating new platforms seamless, without the need to build and manage individual connections
What do you dislike about the product?
As an early adopter, we encountered some initial limitations in the available integrations and features, but the Merge team has been actively improving and expanding the platform. A bit more customization in the data mappings would also be a welcome addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge covers a wide range of integration categories, but we mainly use it for HRIS. By handling the complexities of HRIS connections through their unified API, Merge saves us time and reduces maintenance overhead. This setup keeps our HR data consistent across platforms, enabling our team to focus on other priorities. It’s been a huge asset in streamlining our operations and supporting our growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Merge, we were able to accelerate our speed to market with HRIS integrations. We went from 0 to over 60 integrations in a remarkedly short time.

From a support standpoint, the team has been very responsive when we had questions or ran into challenges. That helped us maintain our momentum and go live ahead of schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into challenges using their C# SDK. The team was clear that the SDK was still in beta and nothign was an absolute blocker, but it did add a bit of complexity to the process.

However, when we flagged bug, they were open to feedback and quick to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us build many HRIS integration, using a single unified model.

What do you like best about the product?
The unified API and support from internal teams at Merge has been so refreshing. We have been able to easily implement key features to depend and expand our integration base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note, they have been great! We are hoping for more expansion of note logging/activity features in the unified API as well as a growth into the education sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge is quickly allowing our company to integrate with HRIS, CRM, and ATS products. This allows us to expand our offering into new verticals that have not always seen the benefit of a texting solution, without an integration present.

What do you like best about the product?
Merge allows us to integrate with hundreds of platforms through a single API, which has saved us countless hours of development work. We can now connect with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and other systems seamlessly, all without building custom integrations for each one. This has drastically shortened our integration timeline and enabled us to provide a much better experience for our customers. Features like auto-provisioning and automated data syncing have also reduced manual tasks, letting our team focus on more impactful work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Merge simplifies integration, the initial setup and customization require some time and resources to get everything aligned with our specific requirements.

Once configured, however, it’s very reliable.

Merge is solving the challenge of building and maintaining integrations with multiple third-party platforms. Before using Merge, integrating with different systems like ATS, CRM, and HRIS was a complex, time-consuming process that required significant engineering resources. With Merge, we now have a single, unified API to connect to hundreds of applications, eliminating the need to create and maintain individual integrations.

This has been a huge benefit to us by accelerating our integration timeline and reducing development workload, which allows our team to focus on improving core features. The consistent data syncing Merge provides has also improved our product’s reliability and given our customers a seamless experience, helping us drive customer satisfaction and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Merge provides a strong, scalable foundation for our platform’s integrations. The documentation and developer resources are top-notch, and it was straightforward for our team to adopt Merge quickly. Merge has also built a highly reliable infrastructure, allowing us to confidently deliver a stable experience for our users.

We looked at the other Merge copycats in the space, but Merge is clearly the premium product in the space. We're glad we picked them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, their roadmap updates can impact our internal timelines if we’re depending on a new feature. It’s rare, but clear communication about delays is crucial when we’re scheduling our own releases. That said, Merge is highly responsive to feedback, and the team keeps us updated, helping us mitigate any potential issues.
