Great product and even better support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the product and how it helps me in my lead generation. Lots of great features. But the thing I like the best about Outreach is the quality of their technical support. I'll fill out a support ticket and identifiy how it's impacting my business. After, I'll receive a timely response commensurate with how I identify the issue's impact on my business. But in all cases, the response is really quick. And the issue is resolved, or the question is answered, corrrectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm with a small company. We don't have an IT Admin. So, I do it. I'ma also a user. The Knowlege Base is good. But I think it could be better. The good news is the suport is strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for lead generation. We're using it in conjuction with tuning our website, matching up the email results with the website traffic and pages and videos viewed.

There is nothing in specific that I do not like about outreach.

Outreach is an amazing tool that helps you keep outbound lead generation organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the visuals for day-to-day activities. Being able to log on first thing and see how I will spend the day from an activity standpoint allows me to set myself up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Daily Activity methods are a but cumbersome to get to, feel like I have to do a lot of digging to get to where I want to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of email opens as well as daily activities I need to get done to make sure my prospects are touched at the right time every day.
Excellent technical support
What do you like best about the product?
Being a system admin/owner it is refreshing when you are trying to integrate different active processes/systems and you run into a blocker. The technical support is fast and superior to other companies I have experienced. Quick to understand the issue without following a script. Actionable response. When we had an issue in the removal of a very old version and replacement was "hung" they resolved that issue overnight and allowed us to progress removing a blocker on a custom trigger we had implemented for another product.

understanding of the synchronization in two way configurations is lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing connection into our salesforce instance to keep customer tracking of relevant information in sync.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is Outreach easy to use, but the functionality and features are great. I use the chrome extension when I am in Salesforce so I can easily email/call/sequence my prospects without opening a new tab. Very seamless, have used Outreach at my previous company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are zero downsides to Outreach and I have been a user for over 3 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the difficulties of SDR tracking and you are easily able to see who engages with your emails, and customize your workflow. (i.e. if a prospect has a bad phone number, you can mark as invalid and add a custom tag)
An awesome sales execution platform with a wonderful UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface for outreach and how customizable it is. Once you get it setup, it's very easy and efficient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not the most intuitive tool to use at first and I had some initial problems with integration with LeadIQ. All resolved now though.

Outreach is the platform we use to conduct sales outreach to prospects via sequences. I use it everyday and it is crucial to my job.
Great Solution and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is really intuitive and really well integrated to outlook; it really helps to work faster and keep track of the communications with third parties. The support team is excellent and I always receive a great support from them. I use it on a daily basis.

Copy/Paste doesn't always work well when populating sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to send emails quickly and integrate easily communications to SFDC. It is easy to review past communications with stakeholders and be always aware of everyone communications.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use. I like the overall design of the interface feels like a premium tool. The implementation is not a headache like with some other tools. Integration with Salesforce and Leandata works like a charm. Customer support is also really spot on and quickly respond to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to include outreach email links into Salesforce tasks instead of the whole email body which takes a lot of storage. Besides that no other dislikes.

It helps us track potential lead emails and outbound calls. We also do automated sequences automated from Leandata.
Outreach made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is integrated with SalesForce so it helps me a lot whenever I contact my clients. I'm able to have an easier task management.

There is actually nothing about Outreach that I dislike.

Outrecah helps me reach out to my clients easily. I am able to send emails as efficient as I can and I can also carry out my tasks easier.
Excellent Sequencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate and customize your prospecting is best in class. We moved from Salesloft to Outreach and saw better auto-sequencing functionality.
We also had an amazing implementation partner from Outreach. Vincent was super organized and kept us on track with a tight timeline. It took us about two months to implement.
Support is also pretty responsive. They've been able to answer about 90% of my tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability for admins to report on errors could be improved. It's not super easy to export lists from Outreach.
The Outreach chrome extension is a bit buggy. You sometimes have to turn off your extensions and turn them back on to make sure it works. But this is more of an issue with competing cookies than any functionality on Outreach's part.
