What do you like best about the product?
is structured well, there are great options for targeting prospects, repprting system is quite nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you cannot customize all reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usual things such as challenges with Voice service, outbound campaigns etc.

Great software for marketing & sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and their customer support is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software takes a little getting used to, not intuitive out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it easy to manage my outbound activity to prospects.

Sequences are super helpful to make sure you are staying in consistent contact with your prospects when trying to get a hold of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be something that is specific to my company's permissions - but I wish that I had more freedom in editing and creating sequences on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Outreach solves for me is knowing whether or not someone has received my emails. I love the email tracking feature to see when might be a good time to reach out to a new prospect because they could be reading my email or thinking about me!
User Experience Overlooked
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has an incredibly powerful backend and the in-app analytics are very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is pretty shocking. As a user of numerous other sales engagement software, this is really sad. It's unintuitive, confusing, the salesforce integration isn't great and I'd honestly rather use excel...
Ease of use is a key area they can improve on:
- Colour scheme is painful. There is virtually no contrast, making it difficult to navigate (comparing to competitors).
- Information is unintuitively setup across the entire platform.
- Really poor flows adding prospects to sequences or accessing information.
- Static search (really? in 2024?).
- Platform is slow and clunky.

Outreach helps us outreach customers and prospects (it's in the name).

Outreach keeps you organized in staying on top of communication with your target accounts and prospects. I use it daily and couldn't do my job effectively without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could connect with linkedin.
I wish sequences could adjust based on prospect interaction. (If opened previous emails 2+ times then XXX if opened previous emails 0 times then yyy) (If first degree linkedin connection send xx if not send yy)
I wish you could easily add prospect personal notes without having to have so many clicks, there should be an "add note" button like there is on the account level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going from everything slipping through the cracks, not enough follow up, and using excel spreadsheets & sticky notes and turned it into a well oiled process.

Being able to keep all data on conversations in one place as well as the integrations

It would be helpful to have a direct integration with Zoom info to update numbers automatically whenever they become available

allows me to keep all data and conversations for an account/prospect in one location
Best outreach tool for sales reps everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
It's honestly the best. The other competitors like SalesLoft, Groove (which is especially terrible) and others cannot hold a candle to outreach's capabilities.
The UI, the dialer being in platform, the smooth sequence editing, it's awesome.

Literally always has an update and has an annoying pop up banner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me solve the problem of making cold calls through my CRM, adding contacts to sequences seamlessly, and tracking email opens and replies.
Amazing product and amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
The system set in place seem to be made by people that really understand CRMs and what CRM users would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is lacking some features but I am confident they will come through!
