Outreach recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Very easy to integrate with my CRM as well as email account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a lag in update from Outreach to my CRM, but that may also have to do with the latter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use for outgoing calls to prospects and clients. Integrates directly with CRM for easy reporting for our management team

Incredible Customer Care Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love outreach as a product as it's detailed and enables you to truly customers your prospect journey. It's important to have it set up correctly by your business admin so that the correct fields are available and synced as there's lots of scope to disect your data.
What really made me write this review though was their incredible customer care team. I had an urgent query but I marked it as low priority as it wasn't system-related by a knowledge gap I had. Within an hour, Oscar had reached out to support me. I explained that this was a task I needed to complete today so he offered a screen-sharing zoom call to work with me and that was also set up within the hour. The workflow I required wasn't authorised by our own internal admin and so Oscar spent time finding workarounds to help me achieve the same business goal.
I truly was really impressed and it's a level of service not often found in the busy SaaS industry. Product is half the story but service is what keeps you and Oscar in the support team provided this. I now feel empowered to try new workflows on a deeper level as I believe Outreach will help me to be successful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a little steep but you're well supported for success by the customer care and onboarding teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reachout at scale is always challenging and I feel teh flexibility of Outreach enables me to create multiple custom campaigns with little effort.
Not a true partner.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is as you would expect from any Sales Execution platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When time came to needing a partner and someone willing to work with our company they disappeared and put their own interest over the partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach claims to help companies increase proformance but are not a company that truly partners with their customers.
Incredibly strong sales engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is such a good sales engagement platform.They iterate and improve constantly. The data access is incredible. The customer support has been amazing, and our organization has been so well supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Outreach. It's so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has allowed us to have a cohesive and structured brand voice in the market from our Sales Users. It tracks our emails, calls, and meetings seamlessly and is well connected to our Salesforce.

Outreach really helps you be more strategic when doing outbound sales
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering options are not so great so when you are trying to get granular in your searches, occasionally it gets tough to find exactly what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me send emails, stay on top of prospects, A/B test messaging, and set more meetings.
This tool is up to date given the current Sales market scenario.
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is easy to use with a friendly user interface. Specially when it comes to syncing with CRM softwares, and B2B data providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Area of improvement with AI enabled sequence maker, and content writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines outreach, freeing my time to focus on strategic activities, resulting in higher conversion rates and faster task completion. In addtion to a data-driven insights help me refine my approach and achieve better results, making more competitive in my role.
It is a seamless Integration!
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have the prospect/account records directly on your Nooks power dialer function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind, Outreach has been a very helpful tool in my outbound efforts.

Outreach keeps all of my prospecting/emails/calls all in one place for me to review and work on.

I like that you can work through all of your tasks based on type of task.

THe new windo popping up every prospect can be a little bothersome.

It helps me stay organized.
Good, with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to manage a lot of prospects and keep track of who is being reached out to. I like that it enables you to be flexible and set up a lot of integrations. Support typically responds quickly and it was easy to get started. I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities that don't work as well as they should. For example, being able to edit steps of a sequence when emailing, having a small drafting window, and syncing activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling us to contact a large number of prospects and keep track of activity. It helps us with lead routing and being efficient in our outbound sales motion.
Robust Sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
integrates well with SFDC, all the tools and features connect and fit together. Robust platform for large companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be clunky, not the most seamless software. Has almost too many options and features to configure, can take time to get it setup how you want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize sales activities under one roof. Organize and search for past sales activity and keep a accurate record of activities. Test templates and sequences to know which work best for replies, opens, etc.
