Outreach Overview
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow can be customized to fit a variety of different outreach styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to freeze up often and disrupt the flow of the end user's day. Often needing to be hard refreshed before resuming activities and even needing to restart hardware to get it going again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows for a customizable workflow and offers a lot of analytics that you don't see offered in a lot of other platforms. This is beneficial as it allows you to drill in and really see what is working and what isn't.

Nothing I could think of! Keep doing what you do; your support staff are amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly when it comes to keeping your tasks orgranized, which is super important for BDRs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are tech issues, but our rep Zach is always on it as soon as we email him.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has three instances and we have had some triggers that were not working properly in one instance that they worked with us consistently to get fixed. Also, we have had some problems with changes being captured and reflected, but that has since been resolved.
I use Outreach daily in my Pipeline Generation role. It is a vital tool for me.

Not perfect sync with Salesforce
Some tasks repeat, or activities that are not in a campaign don't count towards it and mess up the sequence sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Call, email, sequence, linkedin from one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freezes up at times. Linkedin salesnav integration can be clunky. Does not record all phone calls. Email typing view needs to be better- tough to resize images

Giving me one central place to call on, email, and engage prospects
Great prospecting tool for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps you stay on track of your prospecting to ensure you are following up with contacts at the right time. It allows you to share messaging across the wider team with the ability to create templates or sequences for other team members to use and collaborate on. The tool itself is extremely easy to use and anyone can create new sequences and easily import new contacts and assign them to a sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I would like the email box to be bigger so I can see my entire message. I would also like the ability to send a mass email across several contacts and organizations easier rather than having to go into each separate account to select contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me be organized and be consistent with my prospecting efforts across my territory. It does this by creating sequences for contacts and enabling you to customize that sequence for how often and how many times you would like to message a certain prospect. It is fairly easy to forget about certain prospects and never follow up with them if you don't have a spot to track that outreach. It also lets me see what messaging I've sent in the past and to who I've sent it to which helps me minimize duplicate messages to prospects.

Its a unified tool for running marketing sequences for lead generation and data management

Could have added SMS feature in which would done all good, I am not sure if It is there in other plans, because its not present in the plan that I am using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of running proper targeted campaigns, and also reaching out through cold calling
Great tool for organising cadenced outreach to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It reminds you when you should reach out to prospects and with which channel to reach out through (phone, email, LinkedIn, or SMS). Very easy to learn for beginners and quick to implement into your sales process for both small and large organisations. Will be a key piller for both BDR's and AE's to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more innovative and release features faster. Integration with necessary tools to use in combination with Outreach can sometimes be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is making it easy to keep track of when to reach out to different prospects and how to reach out to them (call, email, SMS, linkedin). This is benefitting me and my team by reminding us by increasing our conversion to new meetings with prospects and ultimately new deals won.
Works as it should
What do you like best about the product?
Always easy to use - setting up filters, calling, integrations are always smooth for my use case as an AE who also does his own prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find list building to be a little time consuming, particularly when bringing contacts over from Cognism,

It's an easy platform to make lists and call them - not much to say beyond that!
