What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great interface, the chrome extension is awesome for sequencing leads, task lists generate as expected and it's easy to customize sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't sequence more than once per lead. Wish I could put leads into more than one sequence at a time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very efficient and easy to use. No hassles when it comes to daily use or getting upset. I enjoy using it also for the insights it gives me on each lead page.

Couldn't do our job without Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach enables our team to stay on top of our prospects and engage with them in sequences so that we don't ever lose track of where our prospects are in being introduced to our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am coming from Salesloft, where they had conversation intelligence built into the platform. Reviewing cold calls is not good at all. I have to listen via a Twilio link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving us to be able to run sequences to our prospective customers that otherwise would not be able to keep track of where someone is in our outreach campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts all prospect info in one space. All integrations are fluid across all the platforms i use. Its user friendly, super easy to monitor metrics. Also love the updates

There is bot too much i dont like. I just wish there was a mobile app

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best sales engagement platform out there. I've been using them for over five years now, and they are constantly innovating but staying best-of-breed regarding what they do. Sequences are their bread and butter, but all their other features are also amazing. Their support team is top-notch, and our CSM is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about the tool. Maybe setting up a new user isn't as intuitive with a "walk me" type walk-through, so that would be a plus. Whenever I onboard a new user, I have to guide them on their settings and what needs to be set up, so a walk me like walkthrough would be a huge time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps automate many of the mundane tasks like sending follow-up emails. A huge pro to Outreach is you can create your 30-day plan upfront, load up your prospects, and just hit the tasks when they are assigned to you-- no more thinking what you need to do today, you already have a plan and just need to follow it.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a sales and marketing solution tool. The best thing about Outreach is it easy to upload a Lead or Contact to Outreach, and we can maintain the track details.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Outreach, and I believe it is a bit costly compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that we don't need to follow up on any Lead once we upload it to Outreach. We need to set up a few steps to follow up the lead in the best way then everything will be taken care of by Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto syncs with Salesforce which saves a ton of time compared to salesloft. User friendly, detects OOO messages and pauses sequence accordingly in pretty much any languages, dummy proof police and typographies that really minimizes the chances of mistakes
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the digital email signature was very tough, and there seems to be no way to program the time to send an email within a sequence. Also can't pause a sequence and pre-plan a restart date, except if following an OOO reply

What do you like best about the product?
The flow of information that gets pulled into outreach from salesforce makes my job easier when contacting prospects and seamlessly allows me gather all notes on the account from outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
at times there have been issues with the integration where the sales force account information does not pull to outreach and I have to manually contact a prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining our work flows of being able to transfer information from salesforce to outreach and take action immediately instead of relying of the manual process of looking at data and manually inputting prospect contact information. It also does this with Gmail where I can see which of my prospects are engaging with my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to clean up prospects in sequence. Meaning, I can go through my reps' active prospects and see which leads have bounced, failed or are paused. From an admin perspective, it's great that I can hop in for my rep and move steps around or resume their flow. The reporting is helpful too. I appreciate being able to click in reports and see how Outreach got those numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I really liked from SalesLoft was their "Live Call Studio". I wish Outreach had something a little more similar. Although you are able to listen to live calls, the homepage of the studio on SalesLoft was much easier to use. If Outreach could replicate that studio - I know sales leaders all over would be very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with reporting and insight into my SDR team. I am able to see all types of reporting, and get a better understanding of what my team is doing everyday. It also helps my team keep up to date on their outreach. Without it, they would be all over the place.

What do you like best about the product?
Very tight integration with CRM like Salesforce.The integration is very seamless in terms of capturing data from Salesforce to Outreach.
It also works very well with email and Sales Navigator and is very responsive inlead capturing.
It makes the entire sales process very streamlined with capabilities like lead and account management, sequences, calendar etc.
The documentation available for the platform is very comprehensive
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not intuitive and very dull and boring.
Their support team takes a very long time to respond and is not always helpful in fixing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to automate a lot of processes within our sales cycle.
It also helps drive insights from our outreach and do A/B Testing on sequences which had drastically helped to improve our conversion and reply rate.
It also allows you to make calls so we don't have to use another tool for international calls.
