What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation tools and reporting options. Very easy to run without much need for training. The support staff is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality I needed was not yet an option. Mainly around creating variable emails within a single campaign type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development issues and best processes around creating qualified leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great options and gives you what you need without unnecessary bells and whistles.

Has helped my sales team be more productive and close more business!
What do you like best about the product?
It has given my sales team a place to stay more organized and has allowed them to free up time to focus on what is high priority without letting it fall through the cracks. In our industry, timing is everything and communication is all through email so this has allowed us to get better emails created and going out to the right people at the right times. It has also made them think smarter with the emails they are sending since now we gain more insights on what is being opened and what is not. There was no way we could have our reps doing the volume of outreach without this tool, but with more sales and more/better opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Awaiting on the Outlook integration (which I know they are ALL over right now) but until that is finished, my reps are still bouncing a bit back and forth b/t their inboxes and Outreach. Same goes with Salesforce and Opportunities, but hopefully both will be taken care of soon!
Better metrics in calculating ROI but maybe that will come with any opportunity management capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Losing business based on not reaching out at the right times and to the wrong people. Letting good business fall through the cracks due to time management and overall bandwidth. Overall organization and productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having either an Outreach implementation team or in an house Salesforce admin (if utilizing) will help with getting the product up and running easily. Watch their videos and join their University - very short but concise and clear. Helped both myself implement for my team but also made a requirement for my users to watch which I reference a lot with questions.
If you primary Outreach to potential (or existing) business is through email, this product does the job and very well. The UI is easy for users to navigate and not get frustrated and simple to utilize for even those senior reps not looking for change.

Easily the best outbound sales engine
What do you like best about the product?
Sequence analytics is really top notch. Being able to iterate each message is very powerful for a outbound sales team that relies heavily on emails. The ability to mix in call tasks and generic tasks just makes it such a well rounded tool to work out of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Open and click tracking leave a lot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling an outbound sales engine. We have been able to drastically improve ramp time for new reps by having a system that shows the history of emails and their effectiveness (open rates, click rates, reply rates)

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the personal feel that Outreach provides to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Max sends per hour. Annoys me how slow the emails send sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of outreach, use it everyday at work. Love the sequencing as well as the reporting and analytics. Finally, working through their 360 degree view makes it easier for me to jump start my day when I get in early at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that the CS team was a little faster to respond, but they are growing so quickly it's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation when used correctly it great at driving leads and creating opportunities.
Targeted Sales Generation Approach
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to target demographics in order to send automated communication for products and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is steep considering how many users we have. A group license would make more sense because we are limited in the users given the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Choosing a way to reach past, current, and potential sales with known contact information. It syncs with Salesforce so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Adam Pifer is an incredible account manager. Very knowledgeable, flexible with time even with a very full schedule, delightful personality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I can't submit without filling out this field, I'm going to say I don't like that...

We have a very unique business model, and our account manager has done everything he could to help us actualize it with this tool.

cadence design and tracking is ok overall. onboarding and adoption meets the standard

in the last 6 months there have been system outages, failures in sending emails, spam triggers flagged because of product issues along with a myriad of other issues.

look into other tools
Great solution, some bugs but gets the job done

I really like that Outreach give you the ability to save templates and track all your touch points with prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs where things will freeze or the email won't sync to Salesforce correctly. I'm noticing sometimes it shows the open as like 7 or 8 different activities inside of Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the problem of automating email & email follow up. It also tracks everything automatically, clicks and opens and logs them to Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it time. There is a small training curve but when properly utilized this tool can be very effective.

We just implemented OutReach to our office within the last two months and have been very happy with the results. Being able to set up sequences has simplified the work flow and improved the out reach to potential customers for us. Knowing an account is already in an email campaign has been so beneficial too.
What do you dislike about the product?
the blending of the outreach with my gmail has a few glitches if the tool is tuned on within email account. You can not save a draft within gmail while tool is on.
