I have using outreach for almost 2 years now.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support.. its amazing. Always there to help out and accommodate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches when it comes to delivery of emails.. but this has only improved over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time in the day, allowing us to maximize our productivity.

We Churned After Piloting
What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach platform is based on a very cool concept...finally a way to automatically execute and track outreach campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor integrations with Salesforce mean that my Outreach platform was NOT the source of truth on customer relationships. As a result, we committed multiple errors that ruined potential relationships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not realize any benefits, as we churned after piloting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In its current form, Outreach may be useful for SMB and mid-market sales teams. But, long-standing enterprise sales dev teams will find that your account relationships and history will not translate to Outreach, making it likely you will overlook past events when reaching out to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this product, it creates email follow ups that you do not have to send out yourself. I send 1000's of emails a day that automatically are sent. It also has turned into a few big sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then it does not take someone out of the sequence after someone replys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am selling more which is all that matters.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a fantastic tool to help amplify our business development team's prospecting efforts. It's easy to learn and use. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to include pictures and branding in emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can manage far more contacts and campaigns than they otherwise could.
Outreach is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Salesforce. I don't have to log activities on my own, it is a process that is seamless. I also like the task reminders, it helps me keep track of the different clients I have. The control panel is very easy to use. I highly recommend Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like I can only put the prospects I own in Salesforce into a sequence. I want to be able to reach out to clients I don't own as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes emailing clients easier. I can use different sequences to target different groups of people. It makes my process much smoother.

Try it out first before implement any program to your team.
Functional, but suboptimal

Cadence management is reasonably straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing with salesforce is glitchy and complicated. no ability to import contacts directly from sfdc lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates cadence management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vet their syncing capabilities, and look at Salesloft also- Salesloft is superior in many ways.

Interface is intuitively designed, variable allow for good customization.

Navigation leaves something to be desired in terms of moving between sequence, prospects, and tasks.

Cadence and consistency of communication.
Outreach saves me time, keeps me more organized, and makes sure that I don't lose important leads!

I like that I can set up many different sequences and that the emails sync with Salesforce

I dislike that forwarded emails are not recognized by the system, so often times sequences don't stop if an email is replied to by a different person.
I also wish that I could receive a notification if a prospect finishes a sequence because they are unresponsive.

I must keep track of hundres of investment leads, and Outreach has allowed me to keep the process organized so I don't accidentally miss an important lead by forgetting to followup with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Outlook, make sure to ARCHIVE all your emails from prospects, NOT delete them. Otherwise the sequence will not stop!

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can track your phone calls, as well as being able to send sequencing emails and reminders to yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike sometimes on call backs it rings and says connected, however nobody is on the other line
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to change my phone number depending on the city and state i am calling. This will increase the amount of calls being answered.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like best is the customer support and how quick it is to get a response. Also, the UI is very clean and it's very easy to find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are honestly a few things that are EXTREMELY frustrating about the platform. One is that setting up pure email sequence seems so daunting that I won't do it.. Setting up sequences in general is frustrating because of the sheer amount of steps and choices- I liken it to trying to decide what to eat at Cheesecake Factory. Adding people into a sequence and then starting them automatically isn't intuitive.
One of the most frustrating things that happens is that I have calls that drop constantly or a prospect just cannot hear me on the phone because it's crackling on the line. I have lost a couple meetings due to this and in fear of this happening, I found myself just using my cellphone in fear.
