Excellent Tool for an SDR

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to be able to continue the Cold Call flow you get on and it is really great to understand how the analytics of the emails getting opened and at what time. Excellent view of information especially for everyday use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it bugs out when it has been used for a while and just needs to be refreshed but having said that it could be the computer after it's been going for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when a prospect is reading or opening a email i have sent them. Means i can call them straight away and it is helping me to book more meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to set up, works well with the tools we leverage, good support from the team when necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
none, it solves the issues we had in comparison to the old sales engagement platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old sales engagement platform had limitations around connecting with our Salesforce setup and how we operate with linkedin

What do you like best about the product?
I like the esthetics and functions. I like that it connects to sources like google and salesforce. I like that I can create templates to host emails for outreach & sequences. I much appreciate seeing when, how many times a contact has opened an email and if they have clicked any links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like unsend option for quick edits. I would like to be able to see scheduled emails from the prospect page. The capability to send texts.
This is not so much a dislike but it seems to be an add on that does the same as other platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot.
One of these companies needs to create the all in one that doesn't need the other since they all really do the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for outreach to potential prospects. It shows when they were last connect, any actions that were done in the process. It allows my colleagues to know that this is my prospect, my management to know I am working and actions I have done for the days and to engage this lead. It allows review of calls to improve upon and or see what got the prospect engaged.

Best CRM for Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are great. It helps with making sure the prospects are not forgotten and get multiple touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot. A few very minute changes, but nothing substantial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maybe understanding what links were clicked when the mail shows clicked a link

I believe it's a config issue but it will sometimes have a delayed sending

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the UI is easy to use & features like reports & integartions makes it a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't dial into india market, may be beacuse of telecom interventions.

We are using it as one and whole sales inteligence platform & works as a power dilaer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Very much enjoyed using the platform, I reached many leads and had a lot of follow-ups. Good ability for personalization, automated follow-ups, CRM integration, AB testing. Great UI and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a built-in feature to find new prospects, however, this wasn't a big issue as we had many other tools for that

Helped me reach out to all the leads I generated, easy follow up and able to convert many leads into meetings and thus customers

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is aesthetically pleasing to work in. I love how easy it is to move from one call to the next. Updates to the platform seem consistent. I appreciate that they working to make it better. I love that it integrates with Salesforce and Orum, two other apps in our sales stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more label options for the phone numbers on a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to organize my call tasks in once place. Much of the information that I need to make an informed call is up front and center, which reduces my hesitation to make the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we integrated the Kaia plugin. Being able to record calls and go back and review has helped everyone on our team learn and stay up to date. Additionally, I enjoy the open, click etc. metrics for each email/sequence to help me improve my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I disliked about Outreach. The interface is very user friendly and functions well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me reach out to many prospects at once and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
This is hands down the best sales engagement tool on the market.

Incredibly user friendly and very well thought out tool - can track the success of all outreach. Great tool for outbounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - this tool is so robust and the knowledge center is vast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbounding, it is a great tool to track the success of outbound and inbound outreach.
