Excellent Sales Platform w/Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
They're extremely efficient and thorough customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great! Would not change anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our sales reps organized and focused on sales calls, sales emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. Makes all of our campaigns run much smoother. The support provided is responsive and quick to help resolve any issues we've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional layout changes to the platform take some getting used to but overall end up being a positive with continuous improvements being added frequently to create a better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes it easy to track follow ups and engagement with prospects. We are able to see which sequences and messages are most impactful and lead to the best outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it seperates your tasks into different days. Allows for templates to be created which makes life much easier and our message more cohesive. It makes our company look professional and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it constantly logs you out and you have to constantly be signing back in or configuring again. I wish we could stay logged into the same computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is keeping track of our outbound emails and calls. This allows our supervisors to keep logs of our productivity. We are able to go back and look at how much contact we've had with a client.
Holiday Support saves the day!

The intuitiveness of the software. You can tell it was born from people who use it daily!

Please integrate Salesforce options into Outreach, so you have one fluid CRM and sharp sales tool!

Outreach is best at sales outreach, hence the name. Better than anything I have used!

Could have been better and add more feature like other tools are offering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead a team of 20+ BDM and BDR, so my team need to setup meetings in order to setup team uses outreach to call prospects and run email campaign.
Outreach is kind of buggy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily make as many calls as possible. And I like the feature that allows you to send calendar invites. I have only used playbooks it was okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is buggy sometimes. I know updates happen and it is software so being buggy will happen. And the support seems to have gotten better. I juts wished their response time was a little faster. But I realize people have things to do.

Being able to call fast and send multiple emails.

Great product experience, high functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about outreach, it's a pretty stellar platform and it works exceptionally well for enterprise sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best sequencing tool in the business. Take a lot of legwork to get up to par, and a ton of management thereafter to perfect, an AI-GPT tool would be massively helpful as an addition
Outreach has too many bugs to be a useful tool. I Do NOT recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when Outreach Kaia is activated, it records meetings and provides a transcript so that it's easy review what was said when making notes after the call if needed. The reporting functions in Commit are also nice to a point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since we switched to Outreach it's been a constant battle to see what the next bug will be. My computer has had issues with Chrome crashing, which apparently is a known Outreach bug. Sometimes when we try to access a template, we get a sad emoji-looking square that pops up. You can't skip a step in a sequence without risking it breaking the sequence for some reason, which used to be possible with our previous system and is helpful when we've just reached out to a customer but still want the automatic reminder to reach out. Ring Central has issues all the time to the point I usually have to make a call separately and then log it in Outreach.
Basically, I find the buggy issues in Outreach to be more of a hindrance to my productivity than the positive elements it might have. It's also not user-friendly. It took several training sessions for us to understand where to go to find the items that used to be easy to use in SalesLoft. Their training team also needs work because the trainers we dealt with did not seem to understand what we needed and while they were willing to have several sessions with us, most of them were not helpful at all.
SalesLoft also had an amazing report function where we could customize our own reports and move the columns around to make it easy to see whichever columns the user wanted to see. It was so easy stay on top of our pipeline and make edits from the report. With Outreach, the customization is only at the company level so we are all stuck with the columns we get in the order we get them. Since several teams use Outreach we each have to deal with data that doesn't relate to us to make it work for all.
I can't stress enough how much Outreach takes time out of my day with bug issues more often than it helps me with my sales process. I do NOT recommend it.

It's supposed to be helping me be more productive and efficient in the sales process. It has lots of features such as tracking calls, emails and meetings along with reports but due to how many bugs it has, I don not feel it benefits me much or often.
Good platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate messages to prospects for sales folks. Its easy to create sequences and share with other teammates. Also, I love the scheduling calendar feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
My team and I find very little success using outreach. The ROI really isnt there, as it feels more like a check the box item. We find more success with very tailored emailed.

Sales helps me send out hundered of emails a day. it also tracks my calls
showing 281 - 290
