Great follow up tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping track of cold outreach, testing different approaches with email, and to reach out via LI, phone or SMS. The interactions are easy to record and review later.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have SMS integrated in the tool yet, I understand it is still in testing phase and that there is a closed beta ongoing. If they add SMS it will be a powerhouse soltuion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it very easy to keep track of leads using sequences. I reach out to hundreds (sometimes thousands) or leads and it is close to impossible to keep track of every interaction and executing the next step.

Great service with fast results
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. Able to find metrics on emails and calls
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often difficult making sure the sync between our CRM and outreach is working properly. Sometimes we find bugs and things haven't been syncing well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep track of our prospects and the sequences we put them on with metrics. This helps us determine who we need to contact about using our product whether it's about a renewal or first time sale
Outstanding tool for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface/experience. It's intuitive-- anyone can pick up and learn how to use it quickly. If you get stuck they also have a comprehensive knowledge 'university' and friendly support ready to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not too sure and haven't really stumbled on issues that weren't easily resolved through a support ticket or by reaching out to my company's administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform that streamlines my messaging cadence to prospects. I can call, email, and track my sequences' performance to understand conversion rates better and focus on selling.
For pure prospecting, on top of SF (best) or other CRM, Outreach works great. Sales loves it.
What do you like best about the product?
Sales loves it. Great interface for managing contacts. You can drop new prospects into unique sequences for automatic follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data structure has NO field types, and no unique API field names. Only field names/API names are Custom 1, Custom 2, etc.
All field types are TEXT. No date, boolean, picklist, number, currency, or any other field type. So when trying to connect to another system via API or tool like Tray.io, you need to know the number of the Custom Field name (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4...) because you cannot SEE a unique field name... again, only the "custom" field name.
Label is just what users see
Name is what developers have to deal with (for API connecters or middleware of any kind)
AND if connecting to another system, you have to do a complex routine for EVERY FIELD to convert data TO text fields on the way into Outreach, and back to the field types you need in the other app you're connecting. Absolute nightmare.
There is also a limited one-to-many relationship between accounts and prospects.
It all comes down to Outreach is NOT a CRM or enterprise-level app. Connect it to Salesforce, and you'll be okay.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Already stated, but it's great for managing new contacts/prospects for the sales team. If you're an admin, you will be frustrated. The main issue is that you cannot even do custom views on objects. Just move around modules...not fields like SF.
Outreach experience
What do you like best about the product?
Intuition, all the tools necessar to keep records and omnichannels with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' think there is something I truly dislike, sometime there is a little issue when sync the email and calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a software to do and control all the contact with the leads
Helpful BD tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many different email automation tools throughout my career as a salesperson. However, Outreach is the only tool that I would recommend my friends and peers. It's user-friendly that helps me easily finish the tasks and increase my outreach efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales rep that I got assigned to was not responding promptly and answering my questions in a timely manner when I was running through the evaluation process. However, the tool itself is strong and the customer support are good enough to justify it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me automate my outreach process as well as allows me to create templates and snippets. i also love the feature of creating different email varients that helps me to conduct A/B testing to drive better engagement.
Almost perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Outreach for almost three years now.
Since then, Outreach has kept improving its solution.
Having to work all around the globe, it has been easy to send meetings, emails or calls in a great variety of time zone.
The user interface is also very intuitive. You can create or enhance content based on a rich data environment; so you focus on the most responsive potential customer.
I have been happy with the tool and strongly recommend it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine for picking a different time zone is clunky.
Let's say I have to send my availabilities to someone in Switzerland. I have no time zone suggestion when typing "Switzerland."
So, the user has to find a city in the same time zone. In that case, it would be Zurich.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Calling, sequences with emails and syncing them to Sales Force
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tasks in Outreach should be improved vs using tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it replaced Skype, to sync my conversations in Sales Force. I am saving a lot of time vs putting manual notes in the CRM.
Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service line is not only emotionally intelligent but understand technology like the back of their hand as well. They know what they're talking about but don't sound like robots either.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I reached out because my outreach wouldn't make calls and it turned out to be an issue with a different application. There's no improvement needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to call a high volume of customers. It streamlined the process and makes my job much easier.
The Rolls Royce of Email Automation Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best email automation tool with the most features available to use out of the box. As long as you have the bandwidth to manage a tool of this magnitude, it's a phenomenal choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is pretty slow which can be frustrating given the complexity of the tool due to it not sitting right on top of Salesforce and the amount of capabilities and features it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email at scale - it lets us prospect into a vast array of prospects at scale which isn't possible without an email automation tool
