Streamlined customer communication

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful features, eg. rescheduling tasks, snippets, templates, reply and click rates on emails.
Super organised on the front, really easy to see activity on reports, lots of useful data available like calls connected, time spent on calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still seems in development so features change every so often, layout changes, etc. Doesn't bother me a lot but some team members have issues with it.
Also old open rate/click rate data gets lost once you edit an email template which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organised when conducting outreach to customers. Keeps my tasks in order, reminders (urgent tasks) are useful. Being able to see open rates and click rates on emails is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add people to nuture sequences, I could never keep up sending all of these emails one by one myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, it's been buggy. But so is every piece of software out there so no biggie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated emails, tracking email engagment, etc

Great Email Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
OutReach is the best email automation in the market right now. Outreach has calling feature as well which is of great use . The outreach everywhere greatly helps with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering other tools in the market, out reach is slightly on the pricier side. Outreach calling audio is not great in my opinion as the other person is unable to hear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running email sequences on Outreach is incredible and the ability to set working hours is also really making the whole process of running email sequences much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Outreach is that it is extemely easy to use, straight-forward, and they have a great support team who are normally extremely responsive and quick to solve any issues you may encounter. In my opinion it is the best outbound platform I've encountered and I recommend it to any organization who does cold outreach. It is easy for reps to learn how to use and has a plethora of capabilities you can choose to use or not. They're also great about taking suggestions from clients about how to make their platform better which is much appreciated by daily users. They have several videos for both users and administrators to help answer questions independently or overall just better familiarize yourself with the different uses and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any dislikes about Outreach. Their team is great, the platform is great, and they are quick to solve any issues. You have to know when using any platform there will be technical issues that are out of their control, but their team does a great job of staying on top of them and keeping you updated on the status of finding a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves the problem of having to individually track each prospect, account, and deal. It houses everything in one clean space and allows you to sequence people or create one off tasks that auto populate when they are due so you sign in every morning knowing exactly what you should have done by the end of the day. It also helps track activity data for your team so management teams have visibility into what each contributor is getting done and gives insights on what emails are being opened and responded to most, what time of day the highest pickup rates are, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI and great tool that we use to enhance our engagement with our leads and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike but it would be nice to have the option to have a chance to undo a sent email with a 30 sec delay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ablity to send SMS messages through outreach and look forward to being able to use it

Product not friendly for sales user due to aesthetics and autonomy

What do you like best about the product?
Customizeable interface is nice, but many of the options are unnecessary and the widgets we'd actually find useful on that dashboard for our org are not available or market specific. E.G. You have the ability to put Tech Crunch as a widget but not Indeed Job posts, since we work in staffing, we don't really need tech crunch, we need indeed; ziprecruiter; select leaders; expresshr; glassdoor; ideal to name a few. None of that insight is available and so we have to go outside of Outreach to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product features highlight what the software did as more important than what information I want stored.

E.G. You made a note! < Huge font.
Your actual note < Small font less readable.

Aesthetically, I have to do multiple clicks to find out what happened on my last call / email.

I have no autonomy to create my own sequences and have to manually do everything.

There is not an option to mass email.

I don't know if our sales enablement team is to blame or outreach, but it's been a terrible experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a dialer and a manual emailer. We probably pay WAAAAY to much for that. Your software has been a complete headache and process killer.

The best sales engagement platform in the industry

What do you like best about the product?
I am amazed at all the features that Outreach has to offer! From automated dialling and call recording, to lead scoring and performance tracking tools, data management resources, contact list creation and so much more, it's easy to see why Outreach is such a great tool for improving productivity in any environment. With the addition of a free trial period, onboarding new prospects is easier than ever with this robust web or cloud-based platform designed specifically for outbound business activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the way Outreach handles the scheduling process as it makes it difficult to send out timely communications. I also find that data accuracy can be an issue and although you can monitor email opens - the auto-fill features can sometimes fail, resulting in incorrect use of prospect names or companies. Also, once tasks (emails, phone calls, etc.) have been set up by someone, they cannot be easily changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about manually searching for contacts and devising outreach methods. The Outreach platform provides me with a number of features that help streamline my work, allowing me to be more productive and spend less time on the task at hand.

Great potential and abilities although limits exist

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to organize in a way that makes sense. The various tools/structures can be utilized differently depending on the user which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting needs work. Often I am left piecing together different views to get the whole picture. Reporting can also "appear" differently depending on where you are looking, and it is often hard to communicate this to leadership. It's hard to report on reporting that is shared through Outreach. I build out my own sequence performance review weekly, which takes 2-3 hours. Exporting details can also be hard as there is a 75-character cut-off of the sequence name, which is less than ideal. There are many things I would change about reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our marketing team to control the follow-up content for our campaigns/events. This allows for a better narrative and quicker follow-up post-event.

What do you like best about the product?
The Best part of Outreach is it has Chrome extension and its simply plug and play with hell lot of features for any marketing user to generate a lead into an opportunity
What do you dislike about the product?
Worst part of its just a Chrome extension which can do a lot of things but due to involve in the Browser cache, it sometimes throws weird errors

Generating Opportunities by continuing to monitor our leads and helping them resolve thier queries by syncing with Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps to keep me organized in my daily tasks, it is easy to use, the platform is up to date and functional, the analytics and reporting and top notch, and the program itself is easy to integrate with CRM and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to Outreach. In fact, I have found the platform to be far superior to their competition - Sales Loft.

Reaching out to customers/potential customers on a regular basis, accurately capturing that data in CRM, coaching sales, analytics, reporting
