Outreach Technical Difficulties
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is that it's simple to use and works perfectly 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like too much about Outreach is all the updates, but I understand it's to keep it running to it's best capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the problem of organization for me, as I can keep everything in one place and therefore be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Upside having the outreach is you can take adavantage email template and the sequence email that you are sending to the cx. you can also monitor the sales that you created.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downside because it is like your tracking device when it comes to your sales or email that you sent to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me to tracjk my sales. it also helps me seding email to my customers
Massive efficiency booster, simple to use, constantly being improved
What do you like best about the product?
As a system admin, I find Outreach to be the easiest tool in our tool stack to configure. I rarely have a need to reach out to their support team because their knowledge base is thorough and informative, but my questions are always resolved quickly when i do. Outreach's dev teams are constantly pushing out new features and our CSM is always recommending our participation in beta testing for features that I've asked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the tool but If I were to choose a recent painpoint, it would be the user experience when importing prospect reports from Salesforce. The settings you need to configure when importing aren't really clear and I'll sometimes pull up no results in OR despite the SFDC report having leads. I find the configurations required for importing to be unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our sales reps to automate the emails that don't need specific attention (such as follow-ups, cold outreaches, etc) and spend more time on important one-off emails. It handles the initial outbounds so sales reps can focus on customers further down the funnel.
Great CRM for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track calls and take notes on prospects. I also appreciate the ability to generate email sequences and customize before sending. It is also really noce to be able to import contacts from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the integrations to contact lists could be more consistant with how the information populates and assigns account owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves for tracking outbound calls as well as inbound conversations. It benefits me by keeping prospects organized.

Sometimes glitchy, sequences sometimes don't activate properly and are hard to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach connects well with Salesforce objects and the field to field mapping is straight-forward. There is control over the data flow, the recurrence of the sync and individual users' access. Outreach is helpful to business development staff by helping them to automate (multi-task) certain aspects of their connection attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is not as robust for teams working to nurture prospects in advance of sales staff. Outreach serves individual efforts well; however, the flexibility to open responses to a shared email would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables business development staff to prospect to multiple people simultaneously, allowing the staff to engage automatically with more prospects - casting a wider net!
Managing Sales daily sales tasks and syncing activity into SalesForce seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Straightforward, Simplified steps. I appreciate how seamless the experience is and using it on a daily basis is very manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Filter by name, by organization, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the "What should I work on today?" as a salesperson. It benefits by making sure I am on top of every prospect, every account that matters.
Efficient tool with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Makes sales job productive. The most favborite feature is difinately sequence.
You can add Auto/Manual Email, Call, Linkedin with days you want.
You can utilize template for creating Email, and snipet for adding sentence such as use case of your product.
You can track when Email is opened, reply.
also, support is very fast and helpful. since last year, I do feel their support quality has been improved drastically.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. But if any, I will appriciate if I can filter those prospect have replied before in the prospect view, so that as a SDR, I can easily filter non-engaged contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to generate meeting by contacting lots of prospect with Email and call.

Best email/call prospecting list app!
What do you like best about the product?
User functionality, snippets, templates, sequencing, it's amazing. The way I can connect to SalesForce and bring in leads to then sequence is like butter
What do you dislike about the product?
Better functionality when there's duplicates. Cleaning up data but although that may be administrators tasks from my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing, let's me sequence leads, make sure I remember to reach out, keeps track and shows me engagement of client emails
No way to cancel. An employee signed up two years ago and we are still being charged.
What do you like best about the product?
They're awful. No support whatsoever. We've spent two years trying to get in contact with them without any meaningful response. There's no way to resolve this issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to contact them. They have no phone line, no chat, and they don't respond to emails. We have been charged thousands with no way to cancel. We have emailed them for two years with no resolution. We would have to cancel our company card to cancel. It's insane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No way to cancel. An employee signed up two years ago and we have been trying to cancel ever since. We don't have his email because he is no longer part of the company.
