What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility when it comes to arranging a sequence, associated content, and making it a tool that can work several ways depending upon a rep's role & use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to Dynamics doesn't appear to be their normal CRM connection so some of the configuration, onboarding, and initial sequence building could've been a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating automatic follow-up for reps in high volume contact roles makes conversations less likely to slip through cracks. Reporting functionality provides insights into what's working (and what isn't).

Outreach is the greatest and easiest tool for any sales professional
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach gives you the ability to connect with so many prospects at the same time in many different ways. It is full of intergrations and abilities to make that day to day grind that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things don't stand out bold enough to make it easier to use. I often find myself looking around for the solution for a prolonged period of time before it smacks me in the face because it was "camouflaged " the entire time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. I am able to focus on other tasks due to the amount of automation Outreach provides me. I can automate all my emails and focus on making my calls or doing my linkedin connections instead.
Great for insight Into all activity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Outreach, it is very easy to see any and every sequence or email that a given prospect has recieved over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is not a simple way to have specific reports uploaded and saved within Outreach, for example, I support multiple reps, it would be nice to be able to load a complete list of each of their accounts to Outreach and view that report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the problem of having to individually type out email per each account, and allowing for pre-made personalization. This is especially nice when adding a handful of contacts to a sequence and being able edit the steps for those specific contacts in one go.

Sometimes updates takes time. It also require us to restart our computer for it to work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OR made it easier for me to connect with my customer by enrolling them to my sequence and also helped me with contacting customers by using local presence
Outreach has come a long way - my favorite tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, sleek design, lots of cool options (such as templates and snippets which aren't always included with similar tools, such as Amplemarket which I absolutely hate). Great integration with Salesforce, lots of new features added in the recent years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but I really wish it was integrated with Vitally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send out campaigns with ease and keep our customers updated on the latest news. It's also quite easy to sync leads and accounts with SF, no need for manual spreadsheets.
Best tool for running campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has built out a very intuitive tool for Sales teams to manage all sequences for prospecting, one off emails, building out templates, etc. Compared to similar solutions Outreach is far easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions where a prospect will reply or an individual at the same company with reply to schedule a meeting. It would be great if there was the ability to pause/finish sequences once that occurs to seem less automated/canned to the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping our team to manage the outbound pipeline for sales leads. We are able to easily load contacts from SFDC into Outreach to begin sequences/one-off emails. Outreach also integrates with gsuite to monitor all email progress (opens, replies, etc.).
Outreach is a solid tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences keep our reps on a great cadence for outreach towards our prospects. The chat function is a great tool as well to get some quick questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting within Outreach is not the best. We have some things that we want to sync over to Salesforce but the sync doesn't necessarily give us exactly what we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us more insight to which accounts are reps are working. The "Account View" is a great view to see what is exactly built out in Salesforce since the hierarchy view is difficult to navigate. It also allows us to test sequences, messaging, and subject lines. That way we can remove the ones that are unsuccessful and have our reps use the ones that have success.
Organization at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is super easy to use. You can keep all your sequences, templates, and snippets organized with tags and keep them all in a collection or folder. It makes them very easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to view the reports in Salesforce. The integration and tracking of activity is super helpful, but having cleaner reports for replies and opens would be beneificial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is able to tell us what new sequences have the best open and reply rates. It's super helpful to be able to have different variants as well in our sequences so we can see if one intro or CTA works better than another.
Intuitive software - great support
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes sales, prospecting, and outreach so simple! Everything is right there for you to see, the interface is user-friendly, and the effectiveness is realized day 1.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of the system is pretty in-depth, there is a learning curve to privileges, settings, and permissions. So being an admin, you will definitely want to take advantage of support, and advisory sessions to make sure your specific Outreach environment is set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes cold prospecting simple and effective. The primary reason to bring Outreach on was to eliminate some of the headaches in emailing and calling prospects and bring transparency into the sales team efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool to support our SDR team. Much more robust than other tools I've used in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't know if there is necessarily a downside to outreach, but I do wish the activity/sequence tracking was a little more configurable. And that there was more functionality with tracking tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us streamline prospect outreach and personalization at scale, while also making sure that follow up happens and leads don't fall through the cracks.
