Couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
Makes is easy for reps to effectively and efficiently complete call and email tasks, has plenty of reporting, good customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Unnecessary UI/UX updates all the time. If it aint broke, quit fixing it!

Mixed Feelings about Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
- Seamless connectivity with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to sequence and add leads to certain tasks which acts as a reminder.
- Ability to switch numbers to log calls and add notes

What do you dislike about the product?
- Constant UI/UX Changes make it hard to get accustomed to the tool.
- Calling in some EU regions is tough because the available numbers are marked SPAM already.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach gives me a front to access all the information about a particular lead in one place. The fact that I can call, email and converse with the lead without going back to CRM saves a lot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails, the ability to create and customize your own sequence to include email, phone calls, Linkedin connecting, overall follow-up, etc all at a couple clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many updates to aspects of Outreach that work just fine. The updates are not announced regularly so sometimes interupts workflow when the update occurs and finding the correct place to do what I used to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates emails to prospects that otherwise I would have to send a manual email. It can pull fields like name, company name, my name, location from Salesforce, our CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, does so much work for you. Integrates really well with other products

Too many tabs o the left hand side, sometimes hard to find tabs

Sends out hundreds of emails so that I don't have to. Saves so much time for users

What do you like best about the product?
It's feature and overall layout and structure make it easy to use and enablement reps to use. Also, they have great integrations with other crucial tools

So far, the Salesforce integration has been a bit wonky.

Enables us to effectively conduct outreach to strategic and prospect accounts and manage inbound lead flow.

Not receiving alert on missed calls can be quiet unspportableso if that could be done i think is going to be even mote interrsting

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is that it's simple to use and works perfectly 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like too much about Outreach is all the updates, but I understand it's to keep it running to it's best capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the problem of organization for me, as I can keep everything in one place and therefore be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Upside having the outreach is you can take adavantage email template and the sequence email that you are sending to the cx. you can also monitor the sales that you created.

no downside because it is like your tracking device when it comes to your sales or email that you sent to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me to tracjk my sales. it also helps me seding email to my customers
Massive efficiency booster, simple to use, constantly being improved
What do you like best about the product?
As a system admin, I find Outreach to be the easiest tool in our tool stack to configure. I rarely have a need to reach out to their support team because their knowledge base is thorough and informative, but my questions are always resolved quickly when i do. Outreach's dev teams are constantly pushing out new features and our CSM is always recommending our participation in beta testing for features that I've asked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the tool but If I were to choose a recent painpoint, it would be the user experience when importing prospect reports from Salesforce. The settings you need to configure when importing aren't really clear and I'll sometimes pull up no results in OR despite the SFDC report having leads. I find the configurations required for importing to be unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our sales reps to automate the emails that don't need specific attention (such as follow-ups, cold outreaches, etc) and spend more time on important one-off emails. It handles the initial outbounds so sales reps can focus on customers further down the funnel.
