Speed up your Outbound game with Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Works fantastic in combination with Sales Navigator and Apollo. It's making outreach and sequencing so much easier. Great reporting and dashboarding complete the user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that contacts without emails get stuck in the prospect lists and the fact that we still have to clean up moved on prospects after changing companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach I can easily target multiple accounts at the same time without loosing my game plan that initially have created to win their hearts ❤️ over. The fact that Inmail and LinkedIn now can leveraged through one button makes things so much easier. Only thing missing would be a direct link to LinkedIn for me

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the most robust and capable platform for sales engagement - sequences & governance are highly customizable and it's easy to ensure personalization at scale. Their growing platform including Kaia and forecasting are impressive. It was an easy choice to consolidate. In terms of best practices and support, it's the best of the sales tech options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is an investment and your team should treat it as such - you need to properly setup the product and ensure your team is enabled to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us create & close pipeline across Sales, Sales Development, & Marketing. It's the only way we'd be able to continue to grow pipeline at any scale while also being buyer-oriented.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI - it's makes prospecting and deal management easy. Outreach is on par with salesforce as a necessity for sellers. It's also flexible and each seller uses it in a way that works for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind as a user. I've found that using it for the last 3 years has been a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management - I work ina transactional sales setting and it's imperative we stay close to hundreds of leads a week

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to set up and create sequences and create custom journeys for prospects and customers. Our account manager proactively reaches out to me to help fix issues before the issues cause major problems. I love the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that I don't like. Best sales automation tool I've ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated sales activity tracker. So easy to track engagement and messaging with our sales teams. Our sales teams are more productive and find it easier to set up new follow-up tasks. The support offered cannot be beaten. I love our support team.

OUTREACH means REACHING CUSTOMER LESS EFFORT

What do you like best about the product?
Given the fact that Outreach is a tool that autoomatically send emails to prospects,it is an underrated statement to say that this saves a lot of time and effort, most specially if you are in Sales field, you will reach a lot of prospect with a lesser amount of time and for me that is the best thing about Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any negative issue in Outreach so far, not to mention that their customer support is superb! as they respond promptly whenever you have a concern or if you need to fix your log ins etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, outreach is helpful in a way that you can do other things while teh software itself is working on reaching the customer. Imagined how difficult it is if you have thousands of people to reach everyday. This platform also helps us to monitor the emails and as integrates with other CRM is indeed one of it's best feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation smoothness and very easy to use as other products in the market are quite difficut and confusing

Reports aren't that handy to use and are quite complex to retrieve

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and functionality. Could not do my day to day without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no downsides. I have never had an issue that was not quickly resolved.

Outreach helps me stay organized and on top of all of my tasks. It would be impossible to do my job without it truly.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails sent to prospects. You have a sequence built that will serve as a guide in completing your daily tasks/ activities. You are notified if the prospect clicks and views your email. Prospects can book an appointment with you suggesting your best time. Love how you can make a call and provide a local presence. That said, prospects pick up calls thus providing higher connect and conversion rates.
For managers, reporting is very useful as this provides individual, sequence, and team productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at the moment as the tool become our life/work saver, especially in doing prospecting. The tool makes our work easier as it saves time and energy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing manual emails, local presence when doing outbound calls, customer given the liberty to book or schedule a meeting with a salesperson, and performance report that we can use to gauge efficiency of the team and sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's user interface is one of my favorite aspects about the tool. It's so easy to use and you can figure everything out without looking at their blogs. The best part about Outreach is their customer support - everyone is knowledge, helpful, and efficient. Good customer service can be hard to find these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited for Outreach to continue to update their analytics to start having more analysis surrounding what messaging or words work best (similar to how Gong does it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is used as our Sales Engagement Platform to arm our sales teams with the right frameworks to go after the right prospects. Additionally, we also use Outreach's reporting features to see vanity success metrics.
