What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the salesforce & outreach integration goes down and you have to manually sync the two for new contacts to show up or new email/phone to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates all emails
organizes all linkedin & cold calling efforts
Live coaching: Right through the platform I get necessary data reports to find weaknesses and strengths in specific parts of my workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of outreach cadence use and the ability to send mass email campaigns with minimal effort
What do you dislike about the product?
User interfact is tough to figure out often as it feels stuck in the 90s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coverage of clients
Great tool to streamline operations
What do you like best about the product?
It's eliminated the need for paper to do lists as all of my tasks are now virtual in the system. It makes simple required tasks that often go overlooked in high volume situations become very easy to stay on top of
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several times where it will go down or send an error message that isn't true (this is a duplicate contact, etc). There are some limitations when sending links to our calendars for meetings - it always looks like the next appointment out for me is 2+ weeks with the way the tool is designed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in a very high volume role, so often I'd forget to stay on top of follow up or outreach. The sequence tool in OR helps me automate some of that outreach and also organize my "to do's" all in one virutal place via tasks. I can choose how much or how little of my tasks I would like to cross off at any given time and it helps me stay organized at all times.
New update makes keeping track of activity so much worse...
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence flow is very easy and it has some strong integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new dashboard that took affect 9/15/23 that tracks activity takes an insane amount of time to update. What's crazy is the previous dashboard had a refresh button to get new data in real time whenever you wanted it. This made it really easy to keep track of one's own activity (dials, emails, prospects added, tasks completed) throughout the day, or a teams activity as a whole. Now the refresh button doesn't get new data, it checks for an "update", and an update only happens automatically every 15 minutes MINIMUM. Most of the time it's longer. Why did they make a newly designed feature less useful and more clunky? It's incredibly aggravating to use now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing one platform to do every kind of sales outreach. Makes the work day much simpler.
Outreach great for sales people
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to built complete sequences and organize your prospecting efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if I could sync it with calls on my regular phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting to clients is much more simplified and makes things much easier for me to organize. It is essential for any salesperson to be able to properly reach out to prospects.
The worst outbound platform by far!!! DO NOT GET NEAR!
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Their software is an absolute disaster, riddled with an abundance of infuriatingly clunky, muddled, and dreadfully inefficient bugs. To make matters worse, their so-called "customer support" is non-existent, leaving you stranded and abandoned in a sea of frustration. Their contracts are a masterclass in draconian oppression, expertly crafted to ensnare you with strict, minuscule clauses that twist the knife in your gut, amplifying the torment of dealing with their abysmal product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oh, where do I even begin with Outreach? This outbound app is a prime example of everything gone wrong in software design. It's like they gathered a team of amateurs to cobble together this abomination. The user interface is a hot mess, resembling a chaotic collage of mismatched elements from the early 2000s. Navigating through the labyrinth of confusion is an exercise in frustration, as if they purposefully designed it to waste your time.
The functionality? Don't even get me started. It's as reliable as a house of cards in a hurricane. Glitches, crashes, and inexplicable errors are daily occurrences. It's astounding how they managed to release something so utterly unpolished and unstable.
And their customer support? Might as well be talking to a brick wall. They're a masterclass in indifference and incompetence. You'll find yourself stuck in a loop of canned responses that do nothing to address the actual issues you're facing.
To add insult to injury, their pricing is a highway robbery. They charge a fortune for a product that delivers subpar performance and an infuriating user experience. It's almost impressive how they manage to overcharge for such a shoddy service.
In summary, Outreach is a shining example of how to create a product that disappoints at every turn, leaving you questioning why you ever bothered in the first place.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach, the epitome of a hollow promise. This so-called solution is akin to putting a band-aid on a sinking ship. It touts grand claims of revolutionizing outbound engagement, but in reality, it's more like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
The core issue? It doesn't solve a darn thing. You're left grappling with the same problems you had before, only now you're lighter in the wallet. The touted efficiency is a mirage, and any productivity gains promised are but a cruel joke.
Their pitch about transforming outreach strategies? A clever illusion. It's a facade of innovation, masking a product that fails to address the fundamental challenges faced by businesses. Rather than solving problems, Outreach merely adds to the ever-growing list of frustrations.
If you're seeking a solution that actually makes a difference, steer clear of Outreach. It's a masterclass in empty promises and missed opportunities, leaving you with the bitter taste of regret for ever considering it as a viable option.

Outreach is the Bees Knees
What do you like best about the product?
Made the switch to Outreach last month. Have used it in the past and I've always pushed to have it as the marketing automation, dialer, and task management solution for our teams. I appreciate the responsiveness and help I get in the "chat" option. it's second to none on support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kaia still is young and has some way to go before it can effectively compete with Gong and Chorus for call recording/call analytics capabilities. I don't know if I "dislike" it. I just feel it's early in their product offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach does a number of things for us. We use it primarily for email and call outreach, along with call recording, revenue intelligence, and task managment for prospecting and sales cycles.
Great Tool and knowledgeable Support team
What do you like best about the product?
The support team at outrach is very repsonsive and knowledgable. The inside sales team really likes this tool as well and it is good to feel supported as the backend syncing to SFDC can get complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a relatively new user to Outreach so do not have a ton of dislikes yet. I wish that it were easier to mass export data as the export button can be difficult to locate and not available in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool for Outbound call and email tracking for our organization.
