Wonderful Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about the Outreach platfrom is the ability to reach a handful of prospects in a easy and simple matter. I love sending out sequences and being able to view the insigths of the platfrom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Outreach is that you aren't able to view the replies by diving them into sentiments rather you have to look at each individual reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps by tracking my prsopects all in one place and sending out nutures/email bumps that would have taken hours to do.
Couldn't do my job without it!

The reporting seems to have become more difficult than it use to be

What do you like best about the product?
Two things I love about Outreach (which I use every day!)
1. Email sequencing is powerful, intuitive, and has great reporting. Haven't seen anything better on the market.
2. Call feature using local number is reliable and has been a game changer for cold calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
The activity reporting could be more intuitive to use and more customizable. Also, I wish there was a power dialer feature built into their calling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me run an effective outbound process - without which I would have a harder time booking meetings.
A fantastic friend to someone working in new business / lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach automates personalised emails, that are easy to set up and super effective in engaging with multiple decision makers. Therefore, saving lots of time and manual repitition in day to day lead gen activities. It can revolutionise new business functions and comes at a great price too meaning it can be used for both large and smaller businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Outreach could have a pipeline management tool built within. Where leads can be dragged and dropped from one stage of the funnel / pipeline to the other to show their stage. If this also could show approx. £££ worth of that customer and total section of the pipeline that would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my output, accuracy and saving time. Making me more efficient and productive in my role.
Everything Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Be able to track my reporting based of emails and calls and see what is effectively working
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have an automatic function that bumps those that have engaged with my emails multiple times

Being able to call, task and email all my clients in an effective manner
Efficient even though they're still growing.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, the ease of it all, all of the ways i can set reminders for myself to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings I would think would be obvious to have like if i mark an email as invalid, to have it not able to send emails to that one and move to the next email i have on file, or not being allowed to enroll in multiple sequences or the same sequences (even if i enrolled them with the marked bounced email, i have to delete and remove the prospects email and from that sequence, which then deleted my history that i tried to reach out to them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My daily outreach is so much better than previous platforms we've tried. the learning curve was quick and it's so easy to do my daily tasks now.
Great support team
What do you like best about the product?
Chat support is instantly responsive and tries their hardest. I also love that suggestions for improvement are passed along. Outreach is always working on improving the platform and there are a lot of capabilities within the program and when working with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been occasions in the past where we will solve our own tech issues (basic fixes), and I'm left wondering why Outreach support didn't make that suggestion for us. I wish there were more capabilities in email design/aesthetics, it's very rudimentary and sometimes feels clunky.

Outreach - Effective Tool for SDR's
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach streamlines calls/emails in an effective manner making it easy for SDR's doing a lot of outbound. It also integrates well with CRM's like Salesforce. Implementation and onboarding is easy as the tool is very intuitive and the customer service is extremely quick to respond to concerns on the chat function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that they changed the reports for Administrators. It is a bit harder to navigate then previously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem SDR's have is reaching as many people as possible in a tailored specific way. Outreach allows them to use sequences to tailor email messaging and make call tasks quickly
Saves thinking
What do you like best about the product?
A powerful tool if used correctly. Like all of its ilk sequencing saves sales teams forgetting about follow up
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat buggy. Crashes more than one would like, sometimes on calls.

Great metrics around inputs. Easy to navigate call lists.
