Powerful Tool to Help Sales Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations that Outreach has. We can send out automatic emails, there is some powerful things you can do with triggers, when connected to a CRM you can allow them to work between each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their documention isn't the best. There are some fields or data points that would be great to see in onc place on how it is being calulated.
Additionally the support team from my experaince can use some work too. We've had some odd bugs, that we basically got no help with, and I had to go through 3 or 4 email exchanges to report a bug that happened on Outreaches end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating automatic emails and next steps for our sales rep, as well as making it a one stop shop. They only need to use Outreach to to place calls and emails. THe outreach everywhere extention is a huge help when it works well.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like all of the people I have worked with. Our support team has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say, we had a terrible implementation and now are dealing with the consequences. But as said, the support team has been great in helping us fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with top of funnel activity and content library.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a best in class tool and have yet to encounter a better more effecient sales tool. The fact that they invented sequencing changed the sales game and my career forever. Its very intuitive and easy to use and has made my life as a sales person easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Its an addon product to the CRM. This feels intentional because if they add a CRM they will lose marketshare. In its current iteration, every CRM user is a customer but the product would be better if it wasnt an add on and had CRM capabilities. Sales people want less tools

Outreach creates effeciencies in how I connect with my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps give sellers a dashboard to work off of if your CRM data is messy or unorganized.

Not quite full platform capabilities so other softwares are still needed.

Ensure reps contact the right person at the right time with the right messaging.
Cold Calling? Emailing? Prospecting? Use Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach consolidates a suite of tools aiming to make the best experience possible when it comes to prospecting. The way the tools communicate with each other is pretty seamless, making the work of and SDR wffortless for the most part. No longer worry about the daily annoyances and focus on personalizing your prospecting experience while chatting with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see integrations with other technologies in the lead gen space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coachability has become way easier since we started using Outreach. Also understanding what our reps are talking about through their calls with timestamps makes call reviewing a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily track touchpoints for my contacts and help manage my outreach towards targeted individuals.
On top of that, Success Plan has helped level-up Mutual Action Plans to help me know the state and health of a deal to help me accurately forecast and take ownership of my book of business.
Very easy to naviage through the solution. Features are not hidden and intuitive to use without reading documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accountabilty capabilities in Outreach. It creates seamless transition cross functionally with reporting that builds confidence in teh customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Success Plans access ability. Today it is tied to opportunities and it limits the customer success team from utilizing success plans to support adoption and growht strategies.
