What do you dislike about the product?
Deal Management wasn't Outreach's strong suite. Something I often missed having coming from SFDC. I say wasn't as I'm hoping with the new AI powered features that becomes a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me build effective plays and sequences, experiment, keep track of metrics and continuously experiment and evolve my outbound techniques.

Effective tool, features and capabilities to improve performance team

To start using the tool is difficult to identify all feature and get the best of all of them

What do you like best about the product?
The platform, while robust, is easy to use. Building sequeneces, snippets, and content is simple and easy to do. Since implementing Outreach, we have seen 3x prospecting activity with our SDR team. Additionally, Outreach customer support is steller. They are super quick to respond and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with the customization of the dialer: it would be nice if we could add other fields to write back to crm here. Specifically the ability to log to any object in SF and not just opportunities (cases, accounts, etc)
The API foractivity to log back to CRM is a bit slow, and exasperated by the limitations of the dialer, our users have to wait for it to log to CRM to update the activity to make sure it is logged properly. It's about a 2 minute delay.
The Outreach Everywhere plugin: Outreach automatically looks to see if the prospect is in Outreach regardless of it that object is mapped. It would be nice if for objects that are not mapped, the "import prospect now" pop-up message did not appar.

Reducing time for sales to spend on deciding what to do next, and more time just doing it. Standardizing the sales process to allow for sales management to evaluate and make adjustments. Ease of meeting/appointment rescheduling.
A tool to build a winning enablement plan on.
What do you like best about the product?
The consistant and simplicity of the platform allow for ease of creating traning materials. The company also provides SO many training resources you really don't have to spend a great deal of time creating them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features and functions that developing and enablement plan to get to all of them can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has allowed our sales teams to streamline their outbound activity and the integration into the CRM has allowed us to create measurable KPIs around activity.
User experience as a rep
What do you like best about the product?
UI is easy to learn. Keeping all tasks for the day in one tool is very helpful, for new reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it says my email has been opened seven times, but the person actually has never opened it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to keep track of all of my email, LinkedIn, and call tasks in a single platform.
Why isn't ever Sales and SDR teams using this?!?
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach protects your blind spots, keeps prospect and deams fore front of mind and from falling through the cracks. It keeps you on task and really helps you use you time most efficiently. Warrent Buffet said time is our most valuable asset and Outreach helps protect that.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are not sure who your Outreach account team and have an issue. Solving problems with Outreach on your own can be extremely difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing out reach and top of funnle to bottom funnle pipeline generation.

Similicity and initiveness of the platform.

Integration requires more effort then I expected.
