What do you like best about the product?
Helps give sellers a dashboard to work off of if your CRM data is messy or unorganized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite full platform capabilities so other softwares are still needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure reps contact the right person at the right time with the right messaging.

Cold Calling? Emailing? Prospecting? Use Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach consolidates a suite of tools aiming to make the best experience possible when it comes to prospecting. The way the tools communicate with each other is pretty seamless, making the work of and SDR wffortless for the most part. No longer worry about the daily annoyances and focus on personalizing your prospecting experience while chatting with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see integrations with other technologies in the lead gen space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coachability has become way easier since we started using Outreach. Also understanding what our reps are talking about through their calls with timestamps makes call reviewing a breeze.

Reporting changed so hard to see metrics easily. Also would prefer more insights

Solves outbound outreach mangement and allows me to easily manage who I am reaching out to and at what cadances

Reporting is difficult to use and often doesn't surface insightful information

Success Plan helped me convert more deals
What do you like best about the product?
Easily track touchpoints for my contacts and help manage my outreach towards targeted individuals.
On top of that, Success Plan has helped level-up Mutual Action Plans to help me know the state and health of a deal to help me accurately forecast and take ownership of my book of business.
Very easy to naviage through the solution. Features are not hidden and intuitive to use without reading documentation.

Reporting for IC is not intuitive to help me navigate my own book of business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accountabilty capabilities in Outreach. It creates seamless transition cross functionally with reporting that builds confidence in teh customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Success Plans access ability. Today it is tied to opportunities and it limits the customer success team from utilizing success plans to support adoption and growht strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about the Outreach platfrom is the ability to reach a handful of prospects in a easy and simple matter. I love sending out sequences and being able to view the insigths of the platfrom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Outreach is that you aren't able to view the replies by diving them into sentiments rather you have to look at each individual reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps by tracking my prsopects all in one place and sending out nutures/email bumps that would have taken hours to do.
Couldn't do my job without it!

Two things I love about Outreach (which I use every day!)
1. Email sequencing is powerful, intuitive, and has great reporting. Haven't seen anything better on the market.
2. Call feature using local number is reliable and has been a game changer for cold calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
The activity reporting could be more intuitive to use and more customizable. Also, I wish there was a power dialer feature built into their calling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me run an effective outbound process - without which I would have a harder time booking meetings.
