What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool for helping a sales person execute their day to day activities. It allows them to track emails, automate their follow up and make sure their buyer has a great experience from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime Outreach can have a bit of a learning curve for a user. Date flow from Outreach to SFDC can sometimes also get messy and hard to clean up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving sales execution at our organization. It is also alowing reps to stay in one platform to perform their day to day sales motions.

Outreach the pipeline generating game changer

What do you like best about the product?
The Thursday morning Keynote emphasizing the practices the SDR team goes through to reach their monthly and quarterly targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the breakout sessions went to a little more depth with numbers and figures to highlight some of the practices they were talking about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has always made it easy to set up and keep track of prospect messaging. It's benefitting me as I write content for our SDR team and create messaging and sequences for them. So having an abundance of a sequence library is making it easy to keep track of what messaging is resonating with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes the lives of our GTM a lot easier and more efficient. Streamlining execution activities is huge for us and helps to allow more opportunity for pipeline generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have nothing negative to say about Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alllowing for insight into email and call performce so that we can tailor content and coaching to bring GTM more success at our company. This essentially allows us to generate more pipeline and close more deals.

Takes the dirty work out of selling. Allows you to get back to square one and focus on the important tasks.

AI is not compatible with outlook/O365..

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool for building pipeline. It's also easy to create valuable content to help the sales team succeed. Our customer success manager and rep are greast, and the chat support is reallly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not yet have functionality for downloading our content into a spreadsheet or Word file, sequence body content is not searchable (for finding and replacing obsolete words, claims, etc.) and there's no A/B test reporting that you can download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to keep our pipeline strong and feed it consistently. It really helps us stay in front of our prospects.

Outreach is super helpful to help me track tasks and make sure I am doing all the follow-up tasks I promised
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle with integrations - could be user error, but my emails don't always track over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me see who viewed my emails/when/how many times. Super helpful when they aren't responding and I need to see if they're even read it.

What do you like best about the product?
All the tools talk to each other and allow reps to see all of their deals in one central location
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gmail plug-in does seem to be glitchy and some of my scheduled sends do not end up sending, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all of my sales tasks and updates in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach saves reps time and allows sales reps to work more efficiently. The new AI features are extremely exciting. I am excited to use account planning and data insights to understand my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ton of opportunity to help support post sales. It is more focused for presales than renewal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach saves me time to allow me to prep and build relationships with my customers.
