What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable, and committed support. Integration capabilities. Easy to use UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need stronger sequence reporting to drill down by indidivudal prospects who have been called and/or emailed. Need the ability to add specific conditions based on triggers within sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach and prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach multiple prospects in one go
What do you dislike about the product?
The insight on how other companies receive emails and what causes them to end up in spam filters, and just general knowledge around best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping us send direct messaging to certain personas in order to bring in business. This is benefitting me because my main role is to bring in prospects and educate prospects on where we can help them

Their customer support is really responsive and helpful.

The forgot password feature doesn't hint that the email address entered isn't the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is gathering distributed information pretty quickly so a more complete picture of the leads is at hands.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics of how many emails/calls that you can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how searching a company, everything has to be to the T in terms of spelling or anything close. Also, whenever there is an update, you have to really relearn everything over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making calling and emailing easy and usable. I use this every single workday throughout the day.

It's easy to complete multiple touches to perspective clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy for me to see the outbound calls made.

It's helping me engage perpective clientele with multiple touches in a variety of ways throught custom designed sequences. These include Emails, Linkedin and outbound calls.

What do you like best about the product?
- amazing UI
- The features are amazing
- There's nothing better for a sales person than the sequences you can create on Outreach
- I use it on a daily basis, and haven't seen any bugs or downtime.
- It has a great integration with Zoominfo, which is a great addition as I use both tools extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Although the UI is great, it takes a while to get used to it. I felt like the UI was not as intuitive as I would've liked it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a system where I track all my leads, and reach out to them. I prospect leads, add them to Outreach, and start my sales cycle.
I am able to track my mail and call metrics.
I use Outreach to track the mail opens and clicks as well.
This tool helps me handle my entire sales cycle, from the start, till I close the deal.

things seem to get lost in the application, not sure if thats user error but its complex to learn.

easy to complete daily taks and seems to me informative with each prospect call card.

Not Robust, worse than Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
I like to colors and some of the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
"sequence" building is so basic, and terrible to use. Simply managing where a prospect is in a sequence is a 3-5 step process. In and out of so many tabs. Google extension is annoying. Everything takes twice as long (IF you can even do it) than SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration across all the platforms that I use on a daily basis to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this product is very clean. Hopefully, in the future, it will take over my Outlook, allowing me to send and receive messages (email/text) and handle my calendar events from a native application on my desktop (vs web-based).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the guess work out of my sales cadence.
