Outreach is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Visually its amazing and creates excitment. Outreach is easy to use once proper practices are in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
No app capabilities yet. Text messaging is in Beta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see open, replies, and see how well our emails are being recieved. This helps us as we are always trying to increase our rates.

Outreach has helped our SDR team automate manual tasks and streamline prospect follow up throught sequences

Would love to see more reporting and being able to sort columns in a more customized way

Allowing our SDR team to reach out to a wider variety of prospects in a more efficient and streamlined manner
Outreach a holistic sales delivery platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the connectivity that Outreach has with our CRM allowing the CRM to remain the source of truth and Outreach to be the source of action.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if Outreach was more adaptable to more customized instances of SFDC.

Streamling our content delivery process through sequences.
I am a new OutReach user, working with it for 4 months. The product is good but complex.
What do you like best about the product?
The technical support chat feature. The technicians manning chat are fantastic! Patient and very helpful. I seem to alwasy get a resolution and end up walking away with a better understanding of how to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to click multiple times to get it to take an action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Messaging to leads, reporting, tracking and management of lead nuturing process.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has helped create more efficiency for our group to carry out our daily tasks and organize our information in our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only few times working through kinks, downtime, and trying to get timely support for few ticket items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps create transparancy for our sales reps activties to be tracked in Salesforce.

The ability to streamline all of my daily sales tasks, while being able to personalize the specific messaging.

That it can't make cold calls for me. :)

What I've found to be most helpful about Outreach is the holistic view of all of my pipeline generating activity. The analytics behind it and integration with my other sales stack.
