Best CRM for Outbound Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
- amazing UI
- The features are amazing
- There's nothing better for a sales person than the sequences you can create on Outreach
- I use it on a daily basis, and haven't seen any bugs or downtime.
- It has a great integration with Zoominfo, which is a great addition as I use both tools extensively.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Although the UI is great, it takes a while to get used to it. I felt like the UI was not as intuitive as I would've liked it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a system where I track all my leads, and reach out to them. I prospect leads, add them to Outreach, and start my sales cycle.
I am able to track my mail and call metrics.
I use Outreach to track the mail opens and clicks as well.
This tool helps me handle my entire sales cycle, from the start, till I close the deal.

complex but there are some great features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many automated and built in features
What do you dislike about the product?
things seem to get lost in the application, not sure if thats user error but its complex to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to complete daily taks and seems to me informative with each prospect call card.
Not Robust, worse than Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I like to colors and some of the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
"sequence" building is so basic, and terrible to use. Simply managing where a prospect is in a sequence is a 3-5 step process. In and out of so many tabs. Google extension is annoying. Everything takes twice as long (IF you can even do it) than SalesLoft.

Helping keep track of prospects
This has defined my sales process. It's essentially my blueprint for my sales success.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration across all the platforms that I use on a daily basis to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this product is very clean. Hopefully, in the future, it will take over my Outlook, allowing me to send and receive messages (email/text) and handle my calendar events from a native application on my desktop (vs web-based).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the guess work out of my sales cadence.
Phenomenal Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and integration are by far the highlights for Outreach. I love that once integrated with other software that we use it works seamlessly and provides valuable information back in terms of account activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having your email inbox in the system would be a nice touch rather than just the outbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to see engagement with our business communications and providing fantastic success plans that our customers can interact with also.
Great tool for Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
It automates sooo much! Really helpful for daily SDR work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that could be added, I raised them with support and hope they will be put on the roadmap.

It frees so much time by automating many tasks.

So impressive
What do you like best about the product?
It has everything. The weak links that we are trying to fix are solved with Outreach. From sequnece reporting to AI suggestions to Kaia. I'm blown away.

No texting. We NEED texting for our industry.
