Solid Sales Automation and Intelligence Software
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great for gaining intelligence on customers and propsects and answering questions like "who is engaging with our content" and automate sales motions around that. I especially like the ability to see which propsects are opening our Outreach emails, both for customers at the top and bottom of our funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
No outreach software can replace solid strategy. If your company doesn't have a clear, compelling value prop and call to action, no amount of automation is going to help you book and covnert more meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing outbound prospecting motions at scale. Doing this without a tool like Outreach would be a lot more challenging.

Outreach's proactivity and simplicity is the best in industry
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Outreach for the past 2 years, and I'm impressed! The simplicity of the tool is a game-changer. The task options are intuitive, making it easy to navigate and execute various outreach activities.
One standout feature for me is the sequences that send reminders. It's such a time-saver and ensures that important tasks never slip through the cracks. The personalization aspect adds a nice touch, making communication feel more genuine and tailored.
Additionally, the seamless integration with LinkedIn is a huge plus. It streamlines the process and enhances the overall user experience. Kudos to the Outreach team for creating a tool that truly understands the needs of its users. I'm looking forward to exploring more of its capabilities!

What do you dislike about the product?
While Outreach is generally user-friendly, the reporting features could use some improvement. The analytics are somewhat basic, and more in-depth insights would be beneficial. Additionally, occasional lags in syncing with LinkedIn can be frustrating. Despite these minor drawbacks, Outreach remains a solid tool for streamlined outreach and task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best outbound tool I use, right from tracking emails to outbound calling and the multiple calling options of using local numbers across regions is a game changer for my pick-up rates. I also track a lot of leads which helps my sales engagement as well.
Great for a company with clean data but messy if not

Outreach has a great UI. Ease of use is top tier. Navigating your accounts and prospects is never easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Scaling the sucess of certain cadences, sequences, templates, etc. is not accurate in my opinion.

Outreach gives me the playbook to execute my plan of approach when connecting with my target accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the product and how it helps me in my lead generation. Lots of great features. But the thing I like the best about Outreach is the quality of their technical support. I'll fill out a support ticket and identifiy how it's impacting my business. After, I'll receive a timely response commensurate with how I identify the issue's impact on my business. But in all cases, the response is really quick. And the issue is resolved, or the question is answered, corrrectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm with a small company. We don't have an IT Admin. So, I do it. I'ma also a user. The Knowlege Base is good. But I think it could be better. The good news is the suport is strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for lead generation. We're using it in conjuction with tuning our website, matching up the email results with the website traffic and pages and videos viewed.

Outreach is an amazing tool that helps you keep outbound lead generation organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the visuals for day-to-day activities. Being able to log on first thing and see how I will spend the day from an activity standpoint allows me to set myself up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Daily Activity methods are a but cumbersome to get to, feel like I have to do a lot of digging to get to where I want to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of email opens as well as daily activities I need to get done to make sure my prospects are touched at the right time every day.
Excellent technical support
What do you like best about the product?
Being a system admin/owner it is refreshing when you are trying to integrate different active processes/systems and you run into a blocker. The technical support is fast and superior to other companies I have experienced. Quick to understand the issue without following a script. Actionable response. When we had an issue in the removal of a very old version and replacement was "hung" they resolved that issue overnight and allowed us to progress removing a blocker on a custom trigger we had implemented for another product.

understanding of the synchronization in two way configurations is lacking

Allowing connection into our salesforce instance to keep customer tracking of relevant information in sync.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is Outreach easy to use, but the functionality and features are great. I use the chrome extension when I am in Salesforce so I can easily email/call/sequence my prospects without opening a new tab. Very seamless, have used Outreach at my previous company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are zero downsides to Outreach and I have been a user for over 3 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the difficulties of SDR tracking and you are easily able to see who engages with your emails, and customize your workflow. (i.e. if a prospect has a bad phone number, you can mark as invalid and add a custom tag)
