Outreach = An Essential Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Outreach is that it offers a very high level of fine tuning toward our sales process while remaining user friendly for both admins and end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be slow, and the knowledge base for self-help tech support can be out of date/unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us make lots of calls, track all activity, forecasting, etc. Simply, everything in our sales cycle is postiviely impacted by Outreach.

Better than Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy to import, track, and collaborate. I find it seamless to update prospects information, get them into sequences, and get support if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con is that when it is first enabled it is very daunting. There are lots of settings and nuances that- if done incorrectly- can be troublesome. But once you get the hang of the platform and learn what to keep an eye on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ins and outs of being an SDR is seamless with Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use- I am able to create templates and sequences and contact leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with hubspot is not great- but I believe hubspot created it. You are supposed to be able to filter what leads get exported to outreach but the filters do not work. It also does not update well from hubspot to outreach (but again, I believe it was a hubspot problem).
I also wish you could see the company associated with a lead on the prospects page- If I am contacting quite a few people at once, I would like to make sure I am not contacting everyone from one company. --- Outreach did say they are making a ticket to consider this as a feature in the future.

To be able to track and send mass emails to prospects

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the integration with Zoom and Google Mail and Google Calendar is simple. I like that the recordings are automatically posted. I had to contact Customer support sent them a note on line and they got back to me very fast and issue was resolved that day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the pro

I like that we can record presentations and watch them it is very helpful
Outreach - The most productive sales outreach platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has its way of leveraging sales sequences and aligning tasks respectful of it. It can be easily integrated with Google Workspace, ZoomInfo, and other communication tools. Each task in Outreach has to be given a mandatory disposition that helps easy follow-ups and data capture
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplication of leads is one major drawback I had seen so far

Outreach is one of the best tools for Outbound prospecting. It's easy to keep track of data and engagement with the prospects. Also the transparency of the system helps us learn from fellow users and analyze team and personal analytical reports
Great Support and a Variety of Helpful Offerings
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable, and committed support. Integration capabilities. Easy to use UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need stronger sequence reporting to drill down by indidivudal prospects who have been called and/or emailed. Need the ability to add specific conditions based on triggers within sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach and prospecting.
Makes work more productive
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach multiple prospects in one go
What do you dislike about the product?
The insight on how other companies receive emails and what causes them to end up in spam filters, and just general knowledge around best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping us send direct messaging to certain personas in order to bring in business. This is benefitting me because my main role is to bring in prospects and educate prospects on where we can help them
Excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is really responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forgot password feature doesn't hint that the email address entered isn't the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is gathering distributed information pretty quickly so a more complete picture of the leads is at hands.

Creating customized sequences and leveraging templates that can be personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should be able to have more flexibility in creating agency specific sequences

Helping to enable reaching out. Benefiting our organization as it is an integral part of our workflow.
Outreach is THE best platform to engage perspective clientele
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to complete multiple touches to perspective clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy for me to see the outbound calls made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me engage perpective clientele with multiple touches in a variety of ways throught custom designed sequences. These include Emails, Linkedin and outbound calls.
