Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the UI is easy to use & features like reports & integartions makes it a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't dial into india market, may be beacuse of telecom interventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as one and whole sales inteligence platform & works as a power dilaer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been a game-changer for streamlining our sales processes and improving team productivity. The platform's ability to automate follow-ups, track engagement, and manage sequences is truly impressive. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the integration with our CRM has made our workflows much more efficient.
Overall, Outreach is an excellent tool for sales teams looking to scale their outreach efforts and improve efficiency. While it’s not perfect, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

What do you dislike about the product?
That said, there are areas where Outreach could improve. Occasionally, there are syncing issues with the CRM, which can lead to duplicate records or missed updates. The analytics dashboard is helpful but could be more customizable for deeper insights. Lastly, the initial setup and onboarding process felt a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping us solve the challenge of managing and scaling personalized sales outreach effectively. It eliminates the need for manual follow-ups by automating sequences, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. The ability to track engagement and understand which messages resonate most has significantly improved our response rates and allowed us to refine our approach over time.
By centralizing communication and integrating seamlessly with our CRM, Outreach has saved our team countless hours and helped us focus more on building relationships with prospects rather than managing admin tasks. It's been a key driver in increasing productivity and ultimately boosting our sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is aesthetically pleasing to work in. I love how easy it is to move from one call to the next. Updates to the platform seem consistent. I appreciate that they working to make it better. I love that it integrates with Salesforce and Orum, two other apps in our sales stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more label options for the phone numbers on a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to organize my call tasks in once place. Much of the information that I need to make an informed call is up front and center, which reduces my hesitation to make the call.
Outreach makes reaching out to prospects easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we integrated the Kaia plugin. Being able to record calls and go back and review has helped everyone on our team learn and stay up to date. Additionally, I enjoy the open, click etc. metrics for each email/sequence to help me improve my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I disliked about Outreach. The interface is very user friendly and functions well.

This is hands down the best sales engagement tool on the market.

Nothing comes to mind - this tool is so robust and the knowledge center is vast.

Outbounding, it is a great tool to track the success of outbound and inbound outreach.

Formatting almost always comes out weird if I don't fix it first. In 2024 overly sequenced emails are very easy to be ignored as spam.

Great but not amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is really really good for emailing, sequencing, and prospect management. It talks to Salesforce really well as well. The tagging features, call and email insights, and email management features are well fleshed out. With a lot of customizability as well in every aspect. The Outreach support is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Invalid numbers still show up as a call task
- Sometimes the importing features give me a headache, and emails don't update when updated in the Lead from Salesforce
- Dialing features are not great, and for high volume teams, this will be a huge lag. Sometimes numbers don't connect, sometimes valid numbers don't dial, and we show as spam 15-20% of the time.
- You have to make sure this is setup well for personalization in emails
- No LinkedIn automation

Reaching a large number of prospects in a short amount of time specifically over email. Gives the ability for a dialer and local dialing.

The ease of use and the number of features.

Emails being blocked or undelivered keeping track of all sequence bottlenecks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sequences and automated emails go through sequence. Solves for time and the amount of prospects I can manage daily.
