What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink offers a thorough overview of the end user experience within our company, covering aspects such as network activity, device performance, application usage, and more. The program keeps employees informed about what is happening, from their own performance to the state of the overall infrastructure. Nexthink is particularly helpful in providing proactive solutions once it identifies the root cause of any decline in experience. The app can automatically implement fixes, especially for common issues like restarting services. It also fosters engagement within the company by creating surveys and campaigns that help collect feedback directly from stakeholders. Nexthink closely monitors individual user experiences and the performance of each application to better understand the reasons behind crashes or failures. The program delivers a sophisticated analytical framework to end users, offering insights into performance, detected issues, and resource consumption. Additionally, it allows us to customize our dashboard, so we can display the metrics that best reflect the true health of our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink is brilliant in offering reports concerning experiences but it is highly subjective to resources, more so the premium tier which offers excellent services
Nexthink is mean in integrating with some apps or tools, and may be they could make the app more useful and responsive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink provides high-quality and efficient IT support by detecting challenges and anomalies, then offering immediate solutions to address these issues. It excels at gathering employee feedback through surveys and polls, which allows for a comprehensive approach to managing performance concerns. The program is effective at identifying the root causes of failures or dissatisfaction, and it offers recommendations that can lead to meaningful improvements. Nexthink is also valuable for remotely supporting our workforce, including tasks such as managing software versions, ensuring encryption, and detecting problems, among other functions. This software helps guide our application experiences by enabling the IT department to monitor actual application usage and the challenges encountered. Thanks to this app, our digital experiences have improved, as it automatically identifies issues and implements solutions to address them.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Nexthink to better employee experience and it has been amazing.
With the tool, boosting employee productivity is easy. The tool provides real-time data into employee workstations, apps, and user interactions and our IT teams are able to detect and correct issues what would otherwise slow productivity.
Nexthink offers complete visibility and this gives a clear view of our digital workspace - from performance to dashboards.
I like that with the platform, we handle issues proactively. Instead of waiting for employees to report issues, Nexthink AI reports issues on time and their root cause and we handle them before causing further problems.
With its automation features, we save time as the tool handles repetitive tasks such as remediation smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Nexthink has been smooth and every of its feature works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the tool as a digital employee experience solution and it works perfectly. We not only better employee experience but are able to fix issues before affecting performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is amazing when it comes to solving employee issues related to IT. The tool gives our It teams complete visibility and they are able to view and resolve IT issues to ensure employees productivity is never affected by IT problems.
By solving IT issues on time, employee have a better experience and they become more productive.
I like that Nexthink makes it easy to correct employee feedback regarding IT related issues they might be facing and whether they're satisfied by the solutions offered.
For the IT teams, Nexthink offers AI features that help automate manual tasks for better performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to worry about with Nexthink in place. It has delivered and we have best employee experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Nexthink, we have been ample to enhance employee experience thanks to easy support from IT teams which ensures teams are productive and satisfied. It has been amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the capability to view and connect nearly all elements within the environment as data points. This feature supports me in virtually every part of my role as an Endpoint Engineer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bucketizing of the data can be frustrating. Specifically, the granularity of most application data is 15min. This is a long time to correlate connectivity or application performance. Additionally, if you are not offloading the data the retention period/frame can be a bit to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily leverage it for proactive License Reclamation and Automated Repair of identified issues.

Beyond these automations, Nexthink significantly empowers our Support Teams by providing instant access to historical issue data and enabling the rapid correlation of scope during widespread incidents.

The financial impact has been clear: this year, we achieved our Return on Investment (ROI) through substantial savings from both recovered employee hours and hard-cost license reclamation. This capability allows us to respond to issues faster and maintain a higher situational awareness, delivering both operational efficiency and a crucial cost benefit to the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high would be my only criticism, which is not really a criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us control software licensing cost through automation.
Providing a communication platform (campaigns) to keep user informed about upgrades or incidents.
Giving us insight into the Digital Experience score for our organization compared to others and actions we can take to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
- Generates a lot of data & insights into IT / workplace performance
- Covers a wide range of topics that play a role in improving the employee experience
- An API allows for easy integration into other systems
- Functions and data can be well and detailedly tailored to the respective user needs through a rights and role concept
What do you dislike about the product?
- High initial effort for implementation (organizational, not technical), as some of the topics in Germany are subject to co-determination by the works council. Additionally, extensive data protection legal review, as some of the collected data is personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to identify measures to improve efficiency and measure their implementation. This can be in the area of returning unused licenses, improving the hardware lifecycle, or reducing ServiceDesk efforts.

* Ability to understand what is happening on your devices (full or partial scope) or on a single device with an end-to-end perspective
* Means to accelerate diagnosis and facilitate the resolution for support teams (Amplify) directly from Service Now
* Dynamic view to better understand situations (e.g. degradation when working from home or in the office) and performance evolution (MS Teams was working very well this morning but the situation has changed since 3pm)

What do you dislike about the product?
* sometimes the limit of 30 days of data is preventing from a comprehensive understanding of trends or events
* delegation model is limited (even if some improvement in the last releases)
* administration tasks sometimes heavy (too many clics needed to cover a change in all profiles for instance)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* DEX monitoring over time
* Performance vs age of the device, contributing to extend the lifetime of devices (Digital Sustainability stakes)
* Quality of Service (QoS), in a world of frequent changes not always possible to master (e.g. Evergreen updates from Microsoft)

Nexthink sometimes flags performance issues based on CPU usage patterns that don’t accurately reflect real-world user experience. For example, single-threaded apps may appear underutilized on multi-core machines, triggering unnecessary alerts.
Certain metrics lack contextual correlation, making it harder to understand the root cause without diving into multiple views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink allows IT to engage users directly through surveys and campaigns, gathering feedback to guide improvements. It consolidates data across devices, applications, and networks into a single platform, making it easier to diagnose and resolve issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink Infinity has completely transformed how we manage and monitor our digital workplace. The real-time visibility across devices, applications, and networks is unmatched. I especially appreciate the proactive issue detection—our team can now resolve problems before employees even notice them. The REST API support makes integration seamless, and the remote actions feature is a huge time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for Nexthink Query Language (NQL) was steeper than expected. It took some time and training to get our team fully comfortable with building custom dashboards and reports. Also, the pricing might be a hurdle for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Nexthink primarily to streamline endpoint visibility and improve IT operations through custom dashboards, targeted campaigns, and automation scripts. The dashboards help us monitor device health, software compliance, and performance metrics in real time, making it easier to spot trends and anomalies. Campaigns have been effective for communicating with users directly—whether it's gathering feedback on a new rollout or guiding them through self-remediation steps. Custom scripts have allowed us to automate repetitive tasks and enforce policies across the environment, saving time and reducing manual effort

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Nexthink is its flexibility. With just a few clicks, you can create custom actions and target a perfectly-tailored list of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink's UI design often leaves some things to be desired. Features that should be front and center are often buried several pages deep. Because of this, my workflow involves having about 4-5 tabs open for simple testing iterations, etc.

It's painfully obvious that Nexthink's UI designers have never actually used the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink provides a tool for our helpdesk to quickly gather diagnostics to help quantify problems experienced by end users
We also use it to create customized reports and gather data from endpoints
We use Nexthink to quickly remediate issues and automate workflows
