What do you like best about the product?
A cloud based solution using IA to improve the users digital experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some granularity regarding the users access management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage Remote Vs Office workers experience.
Device, Apps and Network issues deep analysis.
Upgrade Service Desk capabilities through ITSM integrations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dedicate at least 1 person to manage the product within your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards: compliance and performance.
Good interface.
Act for solving issues automatically.
Engage to communicate with talents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment is not as easy as expected.
A dedicated team is needed to manage the application and most of all to manage alerts and act.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving compliance and performance issues on computers.
I want to implement engage to communicate in a more efficient way with users.
I want to integrate with ServiceNow to provide a better support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As stated in the review title, it's a great tool but you need to have a team in place to manage it properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink giving full visibility for the endpoints side and work proactively to avoid any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
the most important thing in Nexthink that you can add customization and write codes to gain more features and reports , so no limit so no pain .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
discover the user endpoints and generate dashboards to show the live status , also Improve business productivity by enabling IT to see and stay ahead of issues that slow end- users down .

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, gets to the point, allows visibility at multiple levels

Few things, the first settings are a bit tedious

Problems solved: User bad experience, misuse of workstations, user disengagement, unfounded complaints
Benefits: Perfect knowledge of all workstations with the Nexthink collector, Better cost management (licenses, replacement, under use, ...), Clear improvement in the organization of the helpdesk team, Satisfaction of business users

One of my usecases Nexthink helped me to know exactly the hardware resources in one click to know if any resources decreased suddenly by some engineers in the sight

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most appealing feature that companies need Nexthink for is the fact that Nexthink helps the technical support team to troubleshoot problems much faster depending less on the support team and more on the platform to predict problems beforehand and alert or even take action before it accelerates and turns into an issue ,so increasing productivity hence the number of employees waiting for their issues to be solved will be close to none and the support team can handle the process easily no extra load on their shoulders so the performance will noticeably increase ,adding other metrics such as security to the equation ,watching all coming and outgoing connections and data making sure that there's no fishy connectivity going out or in to your company , and also comparing your total score as a company under categories of performance with other companies worldwide will enhance your view of how your company really doing in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
as a technical working with Nexthink till now I didn't really find any thing unlikable in Nexthink ,maybe adding more programming languages options like python or c to act module ,maybe that can add more value to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems being solved with Nexthink are always related to performance so I am always using Nexthink to solve a problem like migration to win 10 or making less head on the technical support team by automating the process depending more on the platform .
the benefits are increasing performance and productivity ,knowing how your company really doing in comparison with other companies in the market , and easy collection of your employees opinions using the engage module to calculate the satisfaction score of your employees regarding for example the technical support service or how they think of the migration to win 10 and many more use cases
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Nexthink and I think in the near feuture every company will have Nexthink.

Engage module need some improvements and Scores.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and quick access to useful data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Libraries are a great help, but are not sufficiently structured. It is difficult to track them properly.
Their downloading is blocked in relation to the available licenses (engage) while we can't use them anyway, but other points would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
essentially to address operational issues in a reactive manner

The amount of data available when deployed in your environment. Once installed, you will find the metrics that fit your needs, whatever your need is.
The product is capable of following company internal process evolution. It covers a large scale of services from service desk to quality of services through change management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity with some features implementation that might require the help of experts.

First and the most important, performance issues are easy to identify and to fix.
