What do you like best about the product?
I'm working as Problem Manager and what helps me the most is that I can find Problem causes in this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity sometimes. As my maintask is Problem Manager, I don't always have the time to dive into this application to check all the possibilities. Sometimes it's not easy to retreive the required info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exemples are:
- Detecting causes of Problems
- Follow up migrations from Crowdstrike to Defender by exemple

Hardcoded limit of number of alerts and automatic remote actions that can be configured

Helping us remediating current and popular issues that can be fixed remotely. Also, creating self-healing actions to prevent issues from happening.
G2 Review - Nexthink is the best tool I have ever seen in terms of Digital Employee Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Now, it has been upgraded to Nexthink Infinity which has lot many new features and new things to explorer and get data. And Live dashboard is really amazing to view current data take instant decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
In this Nexthink Infinity it has data for 30days. Some organisations takes 90 days or 60days data then remove it from data base

Software metering which is cruical and money saving features which we use via Nexthink Platform.

- Room for improvement : more graphic options on Nexthink Dashboards
- Cloud platform version management (every month, new version, new functionalities,...) requesting frequent test and validation.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool provides outstanding ability to monitor devices in your business, you only need to install a collector on the device to start observing in real-time. The collector is lightweight and almost unnoticable with regards to CPU, Memory or Bandwidth. The tool offers easy integration with your ITSM, my company uses ServiceNow and haven't had issues.
The people working on the tool are continuously working to make it better and listening to the feedback from customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not enjoyable when you face a hard-coded limit (i.e. number of users, number of allowed remote actions, ...) but this is expected in IT environment as resources are not infinite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to monitor big number of devices, get alerted about issues and easily perform remediation on many devices with one-click.

one more tool to be used by IT staff, in our old version the use of 2 apps, Webgui for dashboards, finder for use the identify problems on the client machine
