Mission critical tool for partner professionals
What do you like best about the product?
* Large network of partners in our ecosystem
* Excellent CSM and Support org

What do you dislike about the product?
* UI reporting functionalities can use some improvement (that being said, the team actively takes in feedback and is iterating)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* identifying partner overlap
* allowing sales reps to build partnerships into their workflows (account list creation, targeted outbounding, co-selling etc.) esp where they live (SFDC, Linkedin)

A must have tool for partnership organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Native integration with Salesforce - saving countless hours of what would otherwise be a manual effort. Crossbeam allows us to quickly identify whether a partnership or integration has a large addressable market and the potential business impact. Easily helps us prioritize where to spend our time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the output in CRM reporting can be a bit confusing, but that is mostly due to our CRM hygiene and not necessarily within Crossbeam's control. For example, parent accounts can show up more than once in the overlap report when in actuality, it's a subsidiary of the parent account, but you can't tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps us determine the potential business impact of a partnership and allows us to quickly determine the addressable market for a partnership or integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our Account Executives to know, right in our CRM, which partners to connect with. This increases both AE as well as Partner Manager productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our partners have only agreed to use Crossbeam at the division or even team level. This is more a problem with our Partners than it is with Crossbeam, they've been tremendously helpful in working with our Partners to show them the value of the platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starburst Data is a true exosystem solution - and partnerships with the upstream data sources and downstream consumers are critical to overall solution success. Crossbeam helps our Account Execs directly determine who to engage at any specific customer, without having to send queries to multiple partner managers, looking at multiple account planning spreadsheets, and frankly, just missing out on possible partner opportunities.

Free, easy to use tool for account mapping
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always intuitive to use - changing UI, hard to keep up with how to do routine tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely identifying overlapping accounts between partners
Great tool for cross-collaboration and joint selling with partners
What do you like best about the product?
The data sharing and reporting are easy to use and helpful to the partner team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the admin, it's hard to keep track of sharing data and enable the team without user-based permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves the problem of how to share overlapping data with partners. It benefits me personally by skipping the manual efforts to compare data sources we get from our partners.
Critical for Partner Growth
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and easy to set up and use immediately with partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that we are seeing is that each company can create their own category titles which become confusing at times when the partners do not use standard terminology for their customer/prospect segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is helping our small Ecosystem team manage account mapping at scale with much larger partners and in turn, helping us identify value opportunities faster.
Crossbeam has been a great resource for our sales team and saves so much time.

Crossbeam is an easy-to-use platform that has been a big time saver for our sales organization. Before, everyone talked about account mapping, but the traditional process of sharing lists was too cumbersome and overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more companies used it. More data the better the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us quickly pinpoint common prospects, customers and opportunities in our partner ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to map accounts to identify mutual customers, upsell opportunities and joint pursuits to collaborate on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent changes to pricing and features are clunky and cumbersome, forces us to implement workarounds that are annoying and slowing our usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam makes it easy for us to identify accounts to collaborate on with our partners.
Makes collaborating with partners a whole lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to reference your data from whatever source you choose. It is easy to integrate with and helps get things moving a whole lot faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to find the right functionality. If there was an easier way to make edits and change settings that would help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to see who our overlapping customers are with our partners and who our overlapping prospects are. Greatly benefits our collaboration on projects together!
Excellent tool for partnerships!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily share our accounts, deals and opportunities with partners without compromising any critical data or PII. CrossBeam makes it easy for me to onboard new partners and connect our datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data mapping can be a little bit challenging at first, even for an advanced user. Once the data is set up it's seamless and easy to use though.

CrossBeam allows me to do account mapping with our technology partners so we can quickly and easily see connections, opportunities and prospects to collaborate on together.
