What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use once you are up and running and helps quickly identify prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, you need to learn how to use the system as it is not as inituitive as it might otherwise be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps me easily identify potential business and leads to better conversations. Makes my job easier and my time is used more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the about of time using crossbeam saves my team, and the insights we are able to share with our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the invite included the ability to allow/permission partners to see the information immediately - often we have to go back to a partner and ask them for permission to view the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the manual work we need to do when onboarding new partners.
Allows us to work closely with our partners on co-marketing projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam helps automate a traditional manual and tedious process of account mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fields pull based on each organization's SFDC instance, which means the types of accounts/segments/etc.. may vary significantly from partner to partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual account mapping. A major benefit is finding accounts we may not have explored in a partnership had we not seen the overlap in Crossbeam.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves hours upon hours of time my team would typically be spending trying to understand if partners are worth the time and effort co-selling with. It also helps us focus our efforts on mutual customers or open opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crossbeam has done more than I expected it would for our team. If I had one complaint, it would be nice to be alerted to new overlaps between our partners and us.

Crossbeam helps us stay focused from a partnership perspective and automate our analysis of co-selling opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is easy to set up, and integrates across multiple CRMs. The ability to upload gsheets and excel files also makes it easy to add specific information and review cohorts across business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crossbeam is a growing product, so the user interface is often undergoing changes. It can be confusing to log on and have an entirely different interface one day to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is automating a key element of partnerships, which is account mapping. Before, this was a highly manual process that quickly became outdated. Crossbeam provides an essential tool, and is so important to partner managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is easy to use, its success team is super devoted and caring, and most important - it's fast-growing with the majority of our current partners using it.

The user interface could be a little more flexible and easy to master.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to onboard at Crossbeam and how much they improved their product and contents to make the insights we get from the tool actionable (the overlap matrix now offers suggestions of what to do with partners).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Google Sheets integration is shaky at its best, and they don't integrate with all CRMs that we use. Also, a lot of good features are now hidden behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam saves us time in assessing how good integration is, and it is also helping us set account targets between our company and our partners. Measuring Crossbeam's impact quantitatively is harsh because partner attribution is still a challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Crossbeam is its visibility into the overlapping joint customer journey. There are many use cases for Crossbeam, but the one I use most frequently is helping mutual customers understand the joint value prop between the various components of their tech stack. This ensures customers squeeze the most value out of their entire tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are discrepancies in the data due to muddy CRM data or domain mismatches. This is not something that Crossbeam controls, but it can sometimes lead to confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is beneficial in identifying mutual customers, areas for improvement in the customer journey, and ways we can partner with our partner ecosystem to ensure customers are happy and aware of all that their tech stack can offer them.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Crossbeam at Chili Piper with our Partners. This gives the ability to account map and create a go-to-market game plan with each other. I'd recommend Crossbeam for organizations working with partners and need to identify collaborative opportunities and bi-directional leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crossbeam can be confusing at first when setting up sharing fields. However, after you've set the areas you want to be shared with your partners, it will automatically save them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves entering manual data from Salesforce. You're also able to export the reports that you need.

Solid platform that you should not miss!

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam changed my partnership life! It's easy to set up and so easy to navigate from point A to point B and their customer support is amazing! I even made a few new friends cause they are just so friendly.
The platform can instantly connect you with new or existing partners and find ways to collaborate immediately. For instants, having a mutual client and working on a case study together or getting a warmer introduction with each other's prospects that might already be our clients. Is just that simple, don't worry about your data, is as private as it can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to see more free features that we can use to really test what works and I notice that though other platforms will never be similar to crossbeam but they've come up with more genius features that you can track co-marketing, connecting with newer partners and more. On top of that, not all organization can use crossbeam due to their company policy, it takes a longer process and some of them might not be a crossbeam user at all and getting them to start also takes time. Lastly, I don't dislike the idea of them charging but they started to charge and I have to say, is not cheap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that most partners are afriad of, sharing the customer data via excelsheet or google docs when you can share it through this amazing platform where it wont show the entire data and you have the control to show how much you want. On top of that, you are also able to have conversations with your partners through crossbeam to communicate a particular client/prospects or open opportunities. This has helped us partnerships a whole lot even before needing to sign NDAs cause this platform is secured.
