Crossbeam is excellent and easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to set up initially, and then it's really easy to other partners set up on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's a great tool. My team uses it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing partner overlaps with our technology partner ecosystem.

Must have solution for Sales Reps & Partnership Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless data migration (we used Hubspot). My personal favorite is the reporting tool which makes lead-sharing easy and fun. Customer success reps are also amazing!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reporting tool shows no overlaps due to wrong data formatting when using CSV or customized pipelines on CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me save a ton of time for lead sharing sessions with partners :)
Easy Partner Account Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get started with their freemium model and upgrade later when you need to access more data. As a paying user, it makes it tremendously easy to share overlaps with partners to start to validate a future integration or co-sell together. They have one of the best networks out there so most likely if your partner is doing partner account mapping, they're likely using Crossbeam, making it really easy to work with partners as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to make their data easily reportable in systems like Salesforce, this makes it difficult for AEs to run a report on all their accounts overlapped with a certain partner, instead they'll have to use the Crossbeam component or your PM will have to share reports. This also impacts your flexibility in reporting on the ROI of your Partner Program to the company, requiring manual attribution tactics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us save time on manual account mapping and making it easy to better target accounts internally based on which partners they already integrate with, giving us a huge advantage in prospecting and ensuring we have enough integrations for retention goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see all overlaps at a high level. At the partner level, it is great that we can create custom populations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export limitations. It would be helpful to have benchmarks when we first connect with partners in order to track growth over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing customer overlap with potential partners and reviewing ICP prior to co-marketing is extremely valuable.
Excellent tool to generate connections between partners and ecosystem.

Ease of use and ability to integrate with other partners/companies with the click of a few buttons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to dislike about Crossbeam. They have excellent support and constantly improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam gives instantaneous access to generate new connections that normally take hours of research. As such, I am more productive and able to use my time more efficiently in other areas.
Awesome Partnership tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the account mapping functionality and reporting. Makes it so easy to run a quick evaluation against the partnership opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful to be able to better track partner invites with access to email addresses sent to and ability to send follow ups, etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam allows us to quickly identify opportunities at a glance by taking the manual work out of pulling prospect and customer data for evaluation. This saves us a ton of time, energy and spreadsheet creation.

It simplifies the way you work with partners and gives you great insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside, but the interface could do with a refresh.

It solves not working with the right type of partner and will save you a lot of time.

I love the visibility into the potential opportunity with a prospective partner. It's a great way to determine whether the upside is enough to pursue a partnership. This saves my team so much time and takes a lot of the guesswork out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crossbeam is super easy to use and there's nothing that I truly dislike about it. A minor inconvenience is going back to adjust some of the share settings to get certain information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam provides visibility that my team did not have before. We can see the upside to potential partnerships more clearly. This saves us time and gives us confidence in the partnerships we're choosing to pursue. Crossbeam is also helping us create marketing campaigns and does a lot of the heavy lifting for co-selling initiatives.

Automated delivery to all the sales team inside SFDC where they live.

CRM Software that isn't supported as it requires manual upload that involves multiple stages

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. I quickly integrated my reports and customer information to share with my partner, Google Cloud.

It is not a standard tool that is used with all partners now.
