Top email marketing service along with attractive template
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service not only resolves the issues faced on the platform but is also willing to be interested in our suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is awesome in terms of the Mail campaign, but I would say they need to improve UI as sometimes it's take time to understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bulk emails for our internal and business objectives along with attractive templates

What do you like best about the product?
How transparently all the information flows and it's displayed on their dashboards. Also it's very nice having a way to receive metrics from it, so you can be able to integrate it with other products
What do you dislike about the product?
Warmup is a pain, but it's something needed. Sendgrid documents this very well and also provides some automation around it, but it's still a pain. Also the alerts system would be nice to have more options to customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails basically, it is a pain to have to manage this by yourself and monitor it correctly, having a robust solution for not having to deal with it is a win.

The UI can be quite clunky at times, especially with autosaving content.

Shipping world class emails to our customers.
Avoid at all cost
What do you like best about the product?
Not much. Sendgrid used to be the leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sendgrid now has crazy overage fees. Sendgrid's mission is to squeeze you out of every penny. Look closely at their extra fees or you'll get totally hosed for what used to be simply an smtp email service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendgrid gets me more credit card miles because its so expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic templates on HTML let me make various multifunctional emails that accept json. I've created a super cool email with different charts and tables that are working perfectly for our needs! really recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to add simple JS functionalities. Need lots of testing and documentation research to reach a well-functioning email, so its advanced functionalities require lots of research
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using its automated dynamic templates and it's working perfectly! Chart & table generated by json working amazingly!

It's not a simple platform, but if you read its documentation and start using all its potential, you will love it!
Twilio SendGrid Email service is quite a reliable option
What do you like best about the product?
Twilio SendGrid Email service is quite a reliable option as one can easily integrate it as an SMTP for sending emails. SendGrid web portal also gives good options to track your emails in case they get bounced.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many other options available but as compared to those services I don't see any major downside but there are some concerns related to their after-sales support. that might not be that responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides SMTP email cloud-based service and its API is very easy to integrate into your email sending code. It provides other cool options to track and trace emails.

I highly recommend this service.
Simple and Effective SMTP Relay Service
What do you like best about the product?
SendGrid allows for SMTP relay of email from any location. After migrating to Microsoft 365, some legacy applications were unable to send email via Microsoft 365. SendGrid allows this at a very low price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few complaints about SendGrid, but if I had to pick something, it would be that the service doesn't easily allow for multiple users in the same organization. This is a minor issue that doesn't negatively affect my opinion of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SendGrid allows but Microsoft 365 and SMTP relay through servers hosted on Microsoft Azure. Our company has been able to continue using several applications that would otherwise need to be replaced without the services that SendGrid provides.

Be sure to take advantage of the email tracking features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Twilio Send Grid API I have integrated multiple finance, blockchain and insurance products for sending email and SMS to users globaly.

You might have to initially spend some time to learn to integrate twilio and send grid
The Most Reliable Massive Email Sending Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SendGrid has proven to be good for integrations with other platforms for sending massive emails, with their dedicated IP I've been able to keep my IP sending reputation at a healthy level. Also, they have one of the best customer service I've ever used, they're quick to respond and they'll stick with you and even follow up until the issue is resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup process can be a little complicated, but with some guidance and assistance, it can be manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved all the email deliverability issues I used to have with massive email campaigns, their platform is robust enough to handle high volume.
