SendGrid salesforce integration
What do you like best about the product?
I have used SendGrid integration with salesforce to send emails on a particular event it is straightforward to integrate into the system and it very responsive to the change of the event
What do you dislike about the product?
On a particular event that is to update a specific field in salesforce, it is not responding so I have to send an email on the update of the whole record. I haven't found any solution to that so there are still things to update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send an email whenever a specific field of a record is being changed, According to me it has been very efficient with SendGrid. It is a better solution than salesforce's email alert.
A Bit Complicated to Learn, But Easy to Use After
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable and provides good stats to use that allow us to finetune our CRM program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The code editing is a bit complicated for the first few times that you use sendgrid. Once you have some templates built, it gets easier though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mass emails and getting statistics from them.
A tool for an easy management of notifications templates
What do you like best about the product?
I suppose there are other tools for managing templates, but the "edge" for me is the ability to separate management. This way it is possible to first test the flow on a staging environment before going live on the production environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes one might forget to sync the remote notification templates with the local notification temples. Thus, it might seem there's a bug where there isn't actually one. I guess a notification reminding the user to sync the notification could have been helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is to easily manage the distribution of a high volume of emails. In addition to distributing the emails themeselves, Twilio SendGrid Email API allows the user to manage templates for rendering the contents easily.

Customer service not only resolves the issues faced on the platform but is also willing to be interested in our suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is awesome in terms of the Mail campaign, but I would say they need to improve UI as sometimes it's take time to understand it.

What do you like best about the product?
How transparently all the information flows and it's displayed on their dashboards. Also it's very nice having a way to receive metrics from it, so you can be able to integrate it with other products

Warmup is a pain, but it's something needed. Sendgrid documents this very well and also provides some automation around it, but it's still a pain. Also the alerts system would be nice to have more options to customize

Sending emails basically, it is a pain to have to manage this by yourself and monitor it correctly, having a robust solution for not having to deal with it is a win.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic templates on HTML let me make various multifunctional emails that accept json. I've created a super cool email with different charts and tables that are working perfectly for our needs! really recommend!

It would be great to add simple JS functionalities. Need lots of testing and documentation research to reach a well-functioning email, so its advanced functionalities require lots of research

We're using its automated dynamic templates and it's working perfectly! Chart & table generated by json working amazingly!

It's not a simple platform, but if you read its documentation and start using all its potential, you will love it!

With the Twilio Send Grid API I have integrated multiple finance, blockchain and insurance products for sending email and SMS to users globaly.

You might have to initially spend some time to learn to integrate twilio and send grid
Our entire email marketing strategy, rests on Sendgrid.
What do you like best about the product?
I have always been impressed with the impact of Sendgrids analytical reports on my organizations email marketing strategy. Asides the quality of the reports , I am always excited with how customizable Sendgrid reports are. I can customize reports based on a specified timeframe , geography , device-type or other demographic divisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sendgrid is perhaps , the most technical email marketing platform out there. This often means that new users will experience a slow learning curve in the first few weeks of using this program and therefore tends to cost the adopting company funds, since they may need to take new users through formal training structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sendgrid for primarily three purposes : newsletter and transactional emails , automated email engagements and email engagement tracking/measurement.

Sendgrid provides us the opportunity to automate email marketing campaigns. Either be it transactional emails or newsletters.
With the aforementioned, we are successfully setting up automation triggers, which determines when a sales prospect or customer needs to be engaged via emails . While also letting us successfully track and measure the performance or effectiveness of our automation strategy.

Sendgrid is not very intuitive and thus , it usually requires previous experience with email marketing setups, to be able to use effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Twilio Sendgrid to send real-time email notifications to our customers. Sendgrid provides us with the necessary infrastructure to automate engagement notifications with our customers, using emails.

Sendgrid is very easy to set up and because it's such a popular and well known service, it can integrate with hundreds of different software providers, giving a lot of flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't know what you're doing, the idea of using a service like Sendgrid can be confusing to some people, and requires some time to figure out and integrate. This is not an issue with Sendgrid specifically, just with people who aren't fully understanding how the service works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So I have my regular email service provider where I send my newsletters, promos and such but they're not so good at sending transaction based emails. Sendgrid solves that problem for me.
