Great reliable service.
What do you like best about the product?
No downtime and quick deliveries of mass e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Even the transition to new servers was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to send mass e-mails to mailing lists that our customers had at their schools while keeping this feature affordable for our company. Customers have been greatly helped by what we have been able to incorporate with SendGrid.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require a solution that is simple to integrate and reliable while also maintaining affordability, SendGrid is (without question) the perfect solution for you.
Great API and User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
.Net library integration is very simple and works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike other than the breaking API changes occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to send updates to users to get feedback or notify of changes. We also send emails from our application when certain actions are taken.

I love it that one simply implements the api and it works flawless.

nothing to report, great product, 40 characters is too long

Nothing to dislike. This took care of all of our system email needs.

It has really helped with our projects system emails and making sure that they don't end up in the spam folder.

Great Easy To Use Email API
What do you like best about the product?
I've been extremely thrilled with the support team at SendGrid. They are good with replying and taking the time to address my specific needs.

Having to pay for detailed activity reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that was reliable in delivering transaction emails on behalf of our clients. SendGrid has provided us a simple solution that does just what we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SendGrid was very easy to get setup and implemented. Switching from a previous Email Api it only took us an hour or so to be up and running. They have a fantastic support team that always responds within 24 hours.

I use SendGrid as my SMTP server with clickfunnels. Worked perfect to begin with, still working perfect.
Non-Technical Reviewer But Still a Fan
What do you like best about the product?
I use SendGrid to send emails from within AirTable. The integration works great. Statistics on whether the emails are being opened or not are generally not my top priority. Even so, I do occasionally check SendGrid to see how many of the emails are being opened and it is nice to see that all of that is being tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have with the software right now is that AirTable does not include an interface that allows for sending HTML emails. Thus, all my emails are plain text. If I could embed links and make some things bold, that would be a huge improvement.

I can send targeted emails to subsets of the people I work with. It's awesome!

It has good UX/UI and I like following the progress of the mailings

Sadly, we switched to another email company.

Tracking the email opens and clicks in important as well as the unsubscribes. Everythign seems to work as it should!
Most user-friendly free email API
What do you like best about the product?
It simplified testing email functionality for my apps in a way I had never seen before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really run into any roadblocks yet. I have not used the platform long enough, though.
