Zoom is ideal for our remote work
What do you like best about the product?
it is useful in connecting our team when geographic distances are in the way
What do you dislike about the product?
the full screen controls are sometimes in the way and we can't see things we need to touch or share
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are all over so remotely talking and seeing what others are doing is paramount and zoom is good at bridging the gap !

An Interesting Option for Smaller Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to spin up if you are using it to leverage the Zoom One package. I've found the AI features helpful when you are in back-to-back-to-back meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an incredibly manual process to add specific functionality to a user. I assume this is to drive the adoption of Zoom One, but it is a frustrating experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace rolls the functionality of disparate tools into one platform. The AI assistant, meeting recording with AI-generated summary, scheduling tool, clips, and phone capabilities allows for a very encompassing platform.
Great product & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use - and when I do have questions, the knowledge base is helpful in getting answers to them. It meets my needs, and always has additional flexibility of top of my current needs. I know it's a product that can grow with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of extra features that I don't feel like I know how to start incorporating into my current workflows - tons of untapped potential. I wish I knew where to go for additional onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with my co-workers in a user friendly way, even if they lack more sophisticated technical skills. It's easy to start a call at any time while still feeling secure.

It seems to work best of all meeting platforms.

I can't think of anything that is unhelpful.

It allows many people to join at once and see a lot of them on one screen.

some of the calendar integration - difficulty figuring out why I get a Zoom and an Outlook reminder for meetings.

they zoom phone basic feature, when sending out invites, and how it auto fills once the except invite.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers several key benefits that enhance productivity, collaboration, and communication in professional settings. Most helpful things are the ease of use, scalablity, and cross platform availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few downsides to zoom workplace are the security concerns and bandwidth dependency. Zoom requires a stable internet connection for optimal performance. In areas with poor internet infrastructure, users may experience lag, dropped calls, or poor video and audio quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication gaps, remote work enablement, and cost reduction.
Easest way to have face-to-face meetings online
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom - Crystal clear video and audio for meetings that is simple to use - just click a link to join. This helps with those who have maybe not used it before so that its less confusing then other platforms that you have to download something for and jump through more hoops to even get connected. It works on computers, phones, and tablets, so if you have having issues connecting one way, it's so easy to then jump on the call using a different method.
I also really love how easy it is to screen share with a group and switch between presenters. The virtual whiteboards are great to draw and brainstorm ideas with the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for there to be more integrations for note-taking AI and transferring these into Asana or other project management platforms to help with the productivity of the meetings even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Features like screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, and seamless presenter switching make meetings more interactive and productive. This solves the problem of meetings being one-sided presentations with little engagement. Technological barriers: By working across computers, phones, and tablets without needing downloads, Zoom eliminates the barriers some conferencing tools create. This solves accessibility problems that could prevent full participation. The ability to record meetings means nothing gets missed and sessions can be reviewed later. This solves the problem of losing insights from meetings.
Fantastic product
What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard feature is extremely handy and easy to use. The live transcription is very, very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints from anyone using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for short meetings where getting together in a boardroom would double the length of the meeting. It also allows people to easily for their portion of the meeting and then return to work. Longer meetings are also easier to schedule since this allows a mix of in-person and WFH participation.
