Video conferencing to smoothly connect teammates and external folks together

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. There are many features you can change or set to be best for the org or in individual meetings. We use it as our main video platform as it is easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally meetings passwords don't work but in general everything is pretty smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps connect our remote folks to in office folks. It helps everyone collaborate smoothly and the video recordings are great for anyone who misses a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting solution is great. Would prefer a rooms solution without a dedicated PC. That caused us issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Rooms was problematic. We discontinued that service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were really using Zoom Rooms ans Meetings only.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy gui and settings for users. The call video quality is great and call quality is excellent. The video backgrounds are clean and crisp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not the most reliable with calls and videos but most of the time if your internet is good its fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy video chats with teammates and also use it for our helpdesk call line.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom in all of our meeting rooms. Very easy to connect to via phone, mobile app, or desktop. We have all Logitech systems that are seamless. The hotel desking feature is nice. There are features we don't use as much, like the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding Workspace Reservation accounts is a pain. Having to contact sales each time to a workspace valued at $1 is a waste of time. I like being able to add accounts as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID it was a lifesaver for the firm to continue to collaborate remotely. We implemented it across the firm's various work spaces and the ease of use and ease of implementation makes it a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has been great at allowing our employees to use a centralized platform to chat, communicate, and interact effectively within th eorganization. It's seamless and integrates well with outlook

Nothing, it is seamless. Potentially add more functionality to integrate better with outlook, like viewing meeting notes, etc

We are able to operate fully remotely without being in an office together.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace.

We are a fully remote company with employees in many states and Zoom Workplace allows us to operate in that manner.

What do you like best about the product?
We are enjoing the AI aspect of zoom workplace works good for being new and has been improving. Meeting collaboration has been better than ever. Quality is great between sharing content and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes transcription gets jumbled at times. We have had random disconnects on multiple computers. Content freezes sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving is making our different geography's seem closer and more connected. Sharing information screens, notes and general face to face is better than over the phone or through email.

What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I appreciate the ease of use on the backend when it comes to managing users. It's fairly straightfoward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A live person customer service or account representative is hard to get in touch with. Once upon a time, we had a very dedicated and eager account rep who would quickly answer questions or point us in the right direction at the very least. Now it's placing tickets and waiting. A bit frustrating at times, but Zoom doesn't seem to be the only platform going in this direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the business standard in many ways, and many business relationships have benefitted from the ease of use and quick connectivity Zoom has provided.
