Great connectivity and integration with CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
We have a great integration with our Zoho CRM System and it makes our lives a lot easier and more efficient. Very ease to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. As we continue to use the system we will see if it holds up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our CRM system and streamlining the communication in office and with our clients and partners.

Love zoom it makes my job so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Recording webinars and reporting. Also google calendar integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other organizations dont use it and struggle to download it at the time of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screen sharing and training customers.
Zoom Workplace enhancements experience
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the ease to collaborate, using the whiteboards and the team chat function. There are lots of features in the Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is the 40-minute time limit as most Zoom meetings for our organization need to be longer. Also, the automated captions requires a bunch of editing to be most useful.

One-stop shopping for our group to engage on one screen.
A good Balance
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom both supplies you with a phone number on top on you using it for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't use both meetings and make calls at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a text limit the service has when using SMS on it. We have a lot of mission programs and they would like to have an unlimited character limit.
Zoom - Simple, easy communication for Remote working Team
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily keep up with remote team workers. We use Zoom Phones as well, works great for international calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call quality is not always the best, specially for the international calls we make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of remote team. Teams are in different parts of the world and can yet collaborate easily on Zoom meets & rooms.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use, and allows me to keep track of my business conversations easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. I use it for general use of calls and texts, so may not be a top user myself. But again, it works for my needs just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating with customers to schedule meetings, or gather information via text.
New Update is FABULOUS
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zoom workplace is to schedule meetings with the calendaring options. The zoom plug-in for Chrome makes it seamless to integrate zoom meeting address when scheduling a meeting in your calendar program. The fun new features for reactions and animation are lovable and addicting! The studio effects are fabulous and better than other platforms, so I can attend meetings with little to no makeup and look presentable! I prefer Zoom to Teams anyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something I don't like about Zoom Workplace yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely, our zoom VoiP allows us to be reachable at home, screen sharing is key in meetings, and the whiteboard feature allows for collaborative brainstorming while remote.
Nice and solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable, and smooth. As it is well-known and adopted in the market, it is easy to schedule meetings with external invitees. The implementation is simple, and the support chat (bot and human) is efficient.

The primary challenge has been obtaining improved attendance reports for live events and consolidating this data into a bulk sheet without the need to download each individual attendance for every meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video meetings and conferences for remote and hybrid teams, call transcriptions, training and workshops recording, phone calls, scheduler link to schedule meetings with internal and external public.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
easy to understand. Little to no trainnig needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side could be a little better organized. Sometimes finding a section setting can be challenging .

With 80+ % of the company being remote... I keeps the teams connected
