Zoom Workplace is an excellent platform for holding meetings, communicating with clients, and connecting with potential business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I we can have issues with connection, but this is more an internet provider problem.

We have two locations - this helps both locations be on the same page with one another.

The system is robust and makes it easy to connect and manage ongoing meetings. In my experience, it's one of the easiest solutions available on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the cost is somewhat on the higher side, I believe it is definitely worth it.

It allows us to connect with a wide range of clients without any issues, and if any problems do arise, they are usually due to user errors.

I also find breakout rooms extremely useful for small group discussions, promoting productive collaboration. The calendar integration feature is fantastic, as it simplifies scheduling and joining meetings without any hassle. Switching from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Workplace was the right decision for me because it offers a simpler, faster, and more user-friendly experience. The initial setup was a breeze, taking just a few minutes to download the app, sign in, and start utilizing all its main features, making the transition smooth and stress-free.

Some things in Zoom Workplace could still be improved for me: * Sometimes the audio or video quality drops if the internet isn't perfect. * Notifications can feel a bit too many or distracting. * The interface has many options, so it can feel a little crowded at times. * Switching between meetings and chats could be smoother. Overall, it works well, but a bit more simplicity and stability would make it even better.

I use Zoom Workplace for seamless video meetings and screen sharing, enhancing team communication and connectivity remotely. It replaces long meetings, simplifies sharing ideas, and organizes communication, making work smoother and saving me considerable time.

zoom workplace is incredibly helpful because it allow seamless communicationn and collaboration, wether team members work remotley or in office or in school it helps because it makes the work move alot faster and intelligent.

i dont really have much to dislike other than when the wifi reception is low it tends to cause glitches and issues when working. i really think zoom can find a way to make it more efficient for all customers

buy providing advanced ai technology to make the website more efficeint for me to use this includes better security better qauallty and more control over the meeting or bussines that i am doing

While Zoom continues to set the standard for video quality and reliability, what truly impressed us was how smoothly Zoom Phone and Zoom Team Chat work together. This integration has reshaped our hybrid work approach, allowing employees to transition effortlessly from a video meeting to an external phone call or a team chat, all within the same application. The AI feature, which provides real-time meeting summaries and action items, has been a real breakthrough, making sure that decisions made during meetings are automatically recorded and followed up on.

While Zoom Workplace excels in communication, there is room for improvement in how it integrates with third-party document and task management systems. The platform does provide its own tools, such as Zoom Whiteboard and Zoom Docs, but these offerings are not as advanced or as seamlessly connected to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace workflows as some alternatives. As a result, users often need to switch between different applications when meetings require extensive co-editing. Additionally, although the AI features are impressive, the licensing fees for advanced functionalities and conference room services can become quite substantial, especially for large organizations that have already invested in hardware from other providers.

Zoom Workplace addressed the challenge of having multiple, disconnected communication tools and the resulting employee context fatigue. In the past, we relied on a legacy PBX system, a separate chat app, and a different video conferencing platform. By bringing all these functions together within Zoom, we were able to cut infrastructure costs significantly and make IT support much simpler. Most importantly, the overall user experience has become much more cohesive: employees now spend less time juggling different applications and more time focusing on their work. The smooth transition from chat to voice call to video call has sped up decision-making and made collaboration in our hybrid work environment feel more natural and less frustrating.

Zoom Workspace works seamlessly across almost every platform and is extremely user-friendly. It also integrates with Google Calendar, allowing me to send meeting invitations that include the Zoom link automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, after I have shared my screen with someone, it can be difficult to figure out how to view their screen when they share it with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform makes it much easier to hold virtual meetings with remote teammates and clients, largely because it is widely adopted across the remote work industry. I also find it to be more reliable than Google Meet.
