Game Changing
What do you like best about the product?
As a small nonprofit organization, Zoom Workplace allows us flexibility to work all across the state of Colorado without missing a beat. From the phone services, virtual meetings, chat and more, it is easy and reliable to work together without being together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside has been that my computer doesn't like switching from Zoom to Teams meetings, so I make a point of scheduling meetings with Zoom even when meeting folks at agencies who usually use teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a hybrid workforce and a small team that works across a large geographic region, Zoom Workplace helps us be a well-organized and nimble agency.

Easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation, there is good documentation on how to get things working
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization in terms of specific technical settings (voicemails, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated from a physical phone system to a soft phone system that Zoom offers, which gives us more flexibility
Probably the most reliable meeting platform

The sase of adding as well as removing users.

The fact that we have to wait a for our annual renewal to ba able to remove paid seats

It is helping with ease of user management.
Expensive but good

I like the ease of use. I think that its whiteboard function and recordability is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is not helpful. Phones are terribly expensive. The new update forces people in a "waiting room", which is stupid. Should have a note taking abiliity function built in, not an add on.

communication. as a remote company it allows us to stay "close" as if we are in an office.

What do you like best about the product?
As a global company, staying connected across different time zones and locations is critical for us, and Zoom Workplace has been a game-changer. We rely on Zoom daily for meetings, and the platform makes it incredibly easy to keep everyone in the loop, no matter where they are. The integrated phone lines are a huge plus, allowing us to reach team members or clients directly without needing separate tools. The ability to host and manage meetings effortlessly has really helped us maintain strong communication and collaboration across our global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally experience minor video or audio issues, especially during high-traffic times. Additionally, some of the advanced features, like large webinars, can become costly. However, these issues are relatively small considering how much Zoom has helped us stay connected and productive as a global team.

With team members spread across different time zones, it’s essential that we have a reliable platform for communication and collaboration, and Zoom delivers that consistently. The integrated phone lines are particularly beneficial, allowing us to maintain seamless communication without needing additional tools or systems. By centralizing our meetings, calls, and webinars on one platform, Zoom has streamlined our workflow, reduced the friction of remote collaboration, and ultimately helped us stay aligned and productive as a global company.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes our work seamless. Easy to setup meetings, make calls, or transfer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about Zoom Workplace

It helps us all stay connected as a remote based company around the world.
Zoom is one of the best video services
What do you like best about the product?
Running meetings I like the options to mute all people on arrival. This is good for me since I routinely hold larger meetings so I do not have to worry about telling everyone to mute themselves which happens a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, not much. It does what I need when I want and is easy to use for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever since COVID Zoom has been our #1 tool to group large groups together for meetings or teachings. We actually use it more today than ever since a lot of people cannot travel to one place a lot of the time and we get to use this to help get everyone the needed information.

It helps us to meet remotely and save valuable resources otherwise spent on travel.
Zoom makes it easy to work with clients remotely to accomplish business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing is the ease of use. We use Zoom almost daily to conduct client calls, vendor meetings, and internal collaboration. Being able to record mettings for later review is also a fantastic feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user and an Administrator, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are expanding out business offerings and part of that is working with client all over the region, country, and world. Zoom allows us to interact with current and prospective clients to achieve our goals.
